Screen Shot of Yourself?

Many people have a forum picture of their character as their avatar. How do most of you do this? Do you have another player take a photo of you to use for your editing? Or is there a way to spin the camera on yourself?

if you have windows 7 you should have a copy&cut tool and yeah its basicly i screenshot

ofc you can do somthing more with it, like adding text and some cool effects im just lazy! i i become anything special like a shamna ill add some fire or water orbs or somthing like that, use your imagination

I'm on a mac. I have no problem with the editing part or anything... I just don't know how to get a picture of the front of my skin...
