Roleplaying is the act of taking on a character, maybe a different personality, in a different situation and leading them through a world, fictitious and/or magical, seeing through their eyes and acting as they would. I have a small amount of experience roleplaying in Dungeons and Dragons, but my most common form of roleplay is when I write stories, I get to create a character, and then navigate them through whatever world I imagine them in

-What do you expect this server will be like?: I'm really looking forward to playing on this server, it seems to have a well set out structure, and i can't wait to write some books in it

-Biography:My name is Beran Targeth, writer, scribe and aspiring bard. I am the son of Targ, a merchant of adequate means who pedalled his wares between the Kingdom of Orin and the Holy Princedom of Malinor. When I just recently passed the age of 18 my father bade me farewell, and having set my feet upon the path of life, he has sent me forth to complete my own journey.

I am an intelligent yet naive youth, as my father used to say "A head filled with facts has less room for knowledge." Books have always been a constant travelling companion to me and I have found that, although both so different, perched atop the sprawling elf trees and riding within a travelling wagon are the two most serene places to get lost in reading.

Spending roughly half my childhood in the elven forest influenced me greatly. While my love of reading comes from my father, my love of creating stories, poetry and music, comes from the elves. They taught me the joy of nurturing something as it grows, be it a work of art or a work of nature. They also taught me a little archery, and the caravan guards taught me the basics of using a sword.
