-What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?: I know that in OOC you have to have manners and be nice. I know that in IC you have to act like your character. Emotes are welcome, and great in OOC. Grammar is important and sloppiness isn't always tolerated. You need to build your character well, and it needs to make sense. If you get cut, you may have a scar. Issues make a scary character, great for being a villain. You're never supposed to be offensive in any way. I've been doing roleplay for a couple years now. Mostly online browser roleplay games are the ones I do.

-Biography: An orc who was abandoned as a baby. The rest of his life, an orc who works for "Garflagine," the evil she-demon. She has tortured him for many years, and made him do cruel tasks. He one day found out what he was doing with his life. he remembered. His parents! They had abandoned him one fateful night, but he never knew why. He found out Garflagine had sent a search party to kill or enslave all orcs. The older ones were killed, and the young enslaved. He realizes what he's done with his life! He tricks Garflagine into thinking he's going out to kill some elves, and he left. He contacted a hidden friend, who was in fact an elf. He made a plot, to steal Garflagine's ancient jewel of darkness. he comes in with his friend trapped in chains, as this was part of the plot. He showed him to her, and she admired the elf. She got up from her throne and examined him, when he reaches into her pocket and steals the jewel. She screams. She ordered him to return it at once, but it was no use. D'Gafaglym has already activated it, leaving her sucked into a vortex, entering the void, where she will never be seen again.He escapes into the world of Aegis, and names himself!

-Character Appearance: Big, green. Bulky and stiff. Smells terrible! He has 1 week spot, under his shoulderblade. If severely hurt there, he goes unconcious.

-Character Personality: Tough yet sensitive. He likes to help other races, though not enemies usually. He has learned to admire and hate certain races in the world of aegis. He has learned the Aegis way, and he liked it. He loves the fun of wars and the glory of feasts! He never wants to turn back, and he never will.

-Your ambitions: Find his parents, or at least their bodies. He wants to learn more about Aegis. He wants to learn the different languages of the races.

-Can your character read or write?: Garfagline wanted him very helpful. She taught him to read and write.

-Can your character mine?: Yes. He can mine with the tricks he learned and his strength. He had to mine for Garflagine.

-Are you a capable builder? Yes. He had to build cities for Garflagine, so he learned to build.

-Can you wield a sword?: Amazingly. He had to kill countless beasts, using only a sword.

-Enjoy Farming?: No. He tried and it wasn't his style. Garflagine taught him to hate life, so he hates growing it.

-Does your character have any special skills?: Amazing strength and has a sort of "Berserk Mode." He turns red and becomes 2 times stronger.

You need an extensive and indepth character. That means you need an awesome biography and also an indepth analysis of your characters ambitions, personality etc... Also you need to explain your character traits in terms of your character, why can he mine? why can he fight or not etc... You character is the entire point of this game, you need to put a huge amount of effort and detail into it. It is basically a second person. Make it fun and interesting but not ridiculous, and always within the lore and restriction. Then once you finish reworking repost it after the specified time (48 hours or so), if you are looking for inspiration look at some other apps or the examples pinned.

1. You need a more detailed explanation on roleplay, including IC, OOC, meta and powergaming and how to act out a character. You may have played RPGs, but we need to see that you know how to roleplay. They are completely different things. Here are some guides on roleplaying: 1, 2, 3

2. Develop your biography more and give more details. This will help you get to know your character better and give your character direction. For example, how did D'Glafagym come under Garflagine's service? How did he escape? Is Garflagine looking for him?

3. Your character is overpowered. Breaking stone with his bare hands is not realistic, and not many orcs can read and write. It is even less likely that D'Gafaglym can read and write, because he was a slave most of his life. Having a beserk mode should be OK, after all he is an orc. Just make sure that your character is well balanced and has a flaw or two.

4. You need a screenshot of your skin. To do this:

- Go to your inventory.

- Hit F2

- Go to your screenshot folder, usually in C:\Users\[your user]\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\screenshots

- Upload to an image hosting website

- Post as link

Please fix this and repost your application in 48 hours. Remember, denial does not mean that you won't ever get onto the server. It just means that your application needs more work!

Yes, wait two days and make a new thread. The two day rule is so that we don't get flooded with applications with each new change made. Take the time to proofread your application, fix your spelling and punctuation and make it easier to read (spacing, etc.).
