SKINZ...

So, I've heard Battleme is working on skins, but I couldn't help but put through a couple suggestions..

These skins took just 30 minutes to make and get screenshots, but I like the idea of us all wearing similar armour and looking like a proper army, I recently considered adding a lighter leather armour for scouts (rangers?), (If I can be bothered Ill make it soon).

And another idea of mine was some sort of icon on the chest plate, like a sort of ranking colour scheme, just 2 pixels of red and yellow, arranged so people can see what rank the wearer is.

The Recruit skin:

This skin includes a low pair of grey and black boots.

Chain mail trousers down to the knee, with light iron knee protection. A black belt with light grey buckle.

A dark Iron chest plate and shoulder plate. With leather straps to hold it in place, which crossover on the soldiers back. The chest plate is accompanied by light coloured chainmail which comes down just above the soldiers elbows, the Kal'Urguan chequered yellow and red colour covers the top of his shoulders.

A pair of chain mail Iron gauntlets, with a light coloured plate protection on the outside.

A light coloured, iron 'Medium, or med' helmet.

Of course the user is required to change the skin and hair colour to fit their character, otherwise everyone would just look the same and not unique..

The Nobility skin:

The 'Nobility' Skin, is for higher ranking members of the legion, this skin is similar to the recruit skin, but has a red and yellow chequered cape, and no helmet.

The Scout skin is something I will work on soon, It won't be similar to the other skins, but much stealthier and maybe even hooded...

I don't know much about the Legion, or server, I'm still a bit of a noob, correct me if I've written anything wrong!

((Uniform is a great way to distinguish ranks, but for the legion leaders. I would suggest a silver circlet. And during combat they could wear a gold helmet to show they are of importance. but yes some proper pants would be better I dont quite like the idea of just mail leggings, the arms should have a variation of sleeved, and un sleeved. Also to note, dwarves in lore often bore mithril armor, I would suggest tinting the metal to a blue-ish grey. It makes for a great effect, and it leaves room for plain grey armor! We can make Dwarvern mithril be a special mixture or lapis, and iron ingots.))
