I have had plenty of experience with him in game and as an ex-captain of the nical I feel his attempts at creating the Nical are quite strange. It seemed to me that he offered free entry so he may have power over as many as possible, but the Nical are so poorly organized that is impossible, while I was a part of it we constantly had recruits attacking superiors and mugging people on the kings road under the name.

The issue, I think, is that Caleb is impatient, he wants a powerful guild like the black cross without the work needed to create it.

Frankly I think the Nical has had its run as an idea and simply needs to be left due to all the poor opinions of it.

Finally, I feel you are too young to run a guild. I am 16 and I would never dream of running a guild at my age. It takes a certain maturity to run a guild without getting upset and being able to command others.

I have said this countless times about the organizational problem, that was the Nical Empire. We disbanded the Nical Empire for that reason because we where poorly organized. We needed to restart, I don't think you seem to know what happen. the Nical Empire was put to exile for unorganized structures inside it so we can restart with a town. Instead of a "Empire" As for the "Caleb is impatient" I work on the Nical at least 5 hours a day right now. Just yesterday I just rebuilded that wooden road that was missing blocks and added a new style to the side of it, and even made a new path as well. I also was at my information center trying to do real-estate too.

Maturity can come at any age, it does not mean you have to be 19 to rule over something big. For instants there is a difference but for the game "ROBLOX" I worked three years on making one successful clan called "REF" we ended up being known by the admins of that game, allot of other famous players. We had around 300 members that had to go through a joining process. Most of the time they where declined. When I finally gave up that clan a couple months ago, I saw we had over 25,000 invites to it.

Throughout this Application and the other one. Everyone who has commented against us, happens to hate us oocly more then in game. I have not witnessed anyone yet comment so extremely against us such as what Zurak said and Stickymayhem.

As for the land close to Galahar: That idea was taken away. I'm uploading a screenshot later today of the place we wish to have the land protected.

If the Nical could become a town, we could prove our self's that we aren't just some 11 year olds. Hazia is 18, i'm 15 we both run it. but for the RP part of it, I have to be the leader while Hazia is the main diplomatic. So if Nical can become a Town we could prove our self's to Aegis in game and out of charter. To show we are capable of the activeness of the town and we can grow. You can be negative about this. But if we are positive and if I can get accepted as a town. I can show you. Then you may discuss it again.

While I do agree that Nical's location isn't the best of places, your method of disputing this town is extremely immature. you argue that he is immature and his application looks funny yet you don't bother to read the section where it says he's dyslexic. I advice you calm down, stop flaming, concentrate and people might see your point of view.

Ah, we deleted the part of the land by Galahar, those plans where designed by Hazia, it will be further down the road near my VIP plot so we can have them touching.

I am not too sure about this Nation, i can't figure out why.

In the future i will post some criteria on this Nation,

so my support is undecided now.

(Err, we are trying to become a town, not nation, the lore that talked about becoming a nation is like future present)

TOWN CHARTER

MC Name: CommanderCaleb

RP Name: Nical Caleb the Third

Town Name: Nical

Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play? The Nical will be based off of the British ((Englishmen in LOTC if that's okay)). We plan on merging into a nation slowly when the map reset comes, but we aren't for sure, due from we don't know the lore of the map reset.

What type of political system is enforced in this town? Is this town under the reign of any other nation at this time? No, the Nical is not ruled by any other nation, but we do mostly support the human nation of Oren against attacks with the undead, or the orc wars. We plan on becoming allies with other nations, maybe Alras or Oren one day, or very soon!

As for our political system we are planning to have a governmental structure with possibly a Constitutional Monarchy to be added with the Lore.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.) At the moment, we allow everyone to be apart of the Nical town, selling homes are very cheap, example for a house you can get in a nation for 15,000 minas we sell them for 4,000 minas to attract attention and citizens. We allow all races to join us same goes for nation types. We have exiled people before from the Nical for trying to start battles with other people.

The behavior of our residents will be nice and calm, our citizens will have to go through strict rules and behavior measurements to re-sure that no one will start a war. From the last mistakes we had with the Nical Empire.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be, and how large? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map). The Nical right now is using my bedrock donater plot, for protected land. The only problem is that the Nical region is in a corner of a huge wall for an other city, but we can expand if we have allot of dirt to make a island to expand the Nical with protected land, and maybe get our road from Kings road protected when we get it. But we are manly focusing ideas when the map reset comes in a month. Heedfully we can get some earlier bird's eye views of the new map and possibly able to claim land from that.

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc): the Nical is based off of the British Empire, but remove the empire part, reform the government and add allot, change the governmental structure, remove the laws of the British empire. You will soon get the Nical

The architecture design of the Nical is manly all of our buildings 34 percent of them have Red Wood Logs built into our homes, for style. I mostly make our homes for I was recommended the top builder on a minecraft server once called "Cobblecraft" it was a slightly creative server but was nice.

I have the Lore of the Nical here also, if there is any interest, this is a work-in-progress Lore for the Nical, so if theres any complaints or ideas, please tell me, I spent 3 hours on working on this so it would be great. The Lore also takes place in the future and the before time. the Nical Empire was the start of the Nical town. ((we aren't evil anymore lol))

So I hope you enjoy it!

The Nical, a beautiful nation, red wood trees in the distance, a wonderful sight it is. The gazing red flags in you'r sight with our fantastic homes with free water melons delivered everyday for each citizen, a huge sight it is, fantastic.

As well as the mighty red flags hanging out huge buildings and the castle walls, mighty it is.

You slowly walk down the streets watching guards an then you find the Historical building of the Nical, you run inside of it and then you see...

You open the book to the first page, with a glimpse of how it all started.

Around 200 years ago, a group of colonies that lived on the island of Rechalk, far far away from Aegis it self. The colonist formed up to make the mighty Nical Empire, the name Nical comes from two step brothers that lived together, one of there names was Nilock, and the other was Caleb the First.

Two step brothers quickly went to work, rounding up all the colonist they could get and combining them self's together to correct a mighty city together, known as the Nical Empire. The empire phase comes from... well i'm just going to say, colonist that refused to become apart of them would be executed by there throats slit, later in time the Nical Empire grew bigger, opening up a giant castle in there city, there population was now from 500 too 6000, the city was fantastic, there was a road of gold blocks as well!

But there comes to a point.. everyone has there downfall. The Nical was invaded by a force, a organization known as "Hidden" a some what like group of people similar to "monks" invaded us by tactics and skill.

The Hidden where aiming for our citizens mostly, an must important the Lord, by surprise they were able to preform a stealth assassination on the Lord in his bunker, murdering him by slitting his throat while he was changing into his war armor to defend his castle.

The hidden dramatically effected our citizenship.

Our numbers weakened, they continued to press there attacks and soon enough there was no more.

There was only 5 survivors, from all the attacks, when Hidden left after executing the remaining citizens and military guards, the 5 men that were hiding, friends of course quickly got onto the remaining War vessel to sail off to Aegis.

One of the only reported in history ships to sail to Aegis, unlike the majority of the Aegis citizens, they where born in Aegis.

John Nickcalsion's journal: "It was a scary day when we hit the shores of the sandy beach, only to walk closer an closer. We saw a temple, it looked old, made out of sandstone, bright bright colors and a great fountain with bright bright colors, we saw people! after 5 years on the sea! we saw people again! It was a blessing! We ran down this old road an asked what this place might be, they replied "Aegis."

126 years later from that day: The Nical Empire was reborn, under the command of Caleb The Third, a young Englishman that lived in Alkhazar following his dreams on an adventure for his loyalty to the Nical Empire.

He started to round up soldiers, built a mighty castle, the flags hanged over walls once again!

The production of the city was slow, we had to hire many workers off of kings road that were willing to do the job.

We later recruited soldiers off of kings road that also had big dreams of supporting us.

After recruitment and recruitment we overflowed our military, madness broke loose for the second time. Soldiers disobeying orders, it grew Caleb the Third ferrous.

From soldiers attacking orcs without any orders what so ever. The orcs decided to start a invasion against Nical all our men were out numbered as we looked over on the side of the walls witnessing hundreds of orcs we got into our battle stations looking over..

A moment later we got breached.

As Caleb the Third was the first to get sliced in the side an was bleeding slowly to his death witnessing his soldiers die, he beings to black out slowly...

Several hours later he wakes up in the cloud temple, being healed by monks watching pure water all over him.

The orcs have destroyed the Nical Empire. as Caleb the Third gets more frustrated he gives up his hopes of a Empire based government and starts to plan again on becoming something smoother.

Perhaps a town? maybe a couple? under his command? Who knows?!

But we do know he exiled the majority of his army, leading only some left that were the loyal to him, to death.

He started to focus more an more, getting citizens, opening a real-estate office getting citizens an expanding. We later stock loaded on supplies and grew into something allot bigger.

That's the start, and that's were it will being the adventure, as something more then a town.

The Lore took me three hours yesterday to create and go back and edit fix the grammar and other type of stuff, I also spend 5 hours a day usually 7 on weekends on the Nical on LOTC.

And after quitting the horrible game "ROBLOX" and leading clans on that game for three years with some quite famous ones, I know how to command and organized structures about the military and the government.

My second in game Hazia (hazardous47) Is also partly in-charge of the Nical. He knows allot about role-play matters and how to get off on a good start, for people accusing me as my age as I am about to be 15. Hazia is 18 years of age. A great help he is!

Consider renaming the town. Naming your empire after you seems rather.... Snooty. No disrespect ment, try using Latin names they sound professional!

Im not saying you too immature based on your age, the nical rp from what ive seen is mediocre at best. One of your members claimed i couldnt disarm him while he was wearing armor... Then again ive only seen a few, also the blank messages to see if im online are getting old :/.

I have sent you one blank message only once, and you replied saying "sup".

And yes, you just said immaturity is based on age. the Nical RP two me three hours, and we have told you several times I am dyslexic. Hazia my second in command will also be running the town, he is 18 and i'm 15. It seems fine to me.

My members? or my guards? We are a town already, but not official

Lol, I told you to disregard the armor part...I had a couple of questions with that Rp and such I posted a post regarding the disarm.

It seems the disarm that you did was actually the bad Rp, as I had almost double your sword level.
