Lykos 276 Share Posted December 15, 2011 Hello, Aegis, today I have some bad news for someone. A few of their items may have been stolen from them. ((I was asked to give a cousin that is staying with us for a while time on the computer, and apparently he plays minecraft a lot. I came by to get back on after his attributed time was up, and I found him griefing a house. I took him off of the computer, and what do you know? It was LOTC he was playing, on my account, and it was my hunting lodge he was griefing. [[my spoutcraft remembers the password, so he got on with no trouble]] Then I looked into my inventory. All of my valuables from my basement were in the inv, but so were some other things. I saw that I had some ((some meaning a few diamond blocks and a stack and a half of iron, plus some gold.)) extra diamonds, iron, and gold and asked him where he got them, but he said that he mined them. (my character cannot mine iron gold or diamond, let alone smelt them into ingots, so BS.) So I need the help of either you in the playerbase or some gm's to help me get these items back to their original owners.)) So everyone check your chests and see if you are missing either -wood, i think about 5 stacks - a whole lot of diamond - stack and a half of iron - a bit of gold and get back to me. ((Have a Gm look at your chest's logbook and see what username took it. If it was xXDylanXx1013, get back to me, and I will return all the items, as long as none were dropped or exchanged. -I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience anyone has suffered.)) -edit- I am going into the game to see what all i have in my inventory and try to guess how much of the stuff is not mine. Lykos 276 Author Share Posted December 15, 2011 ((items not mine: -13 blocks of iron -2 blocks of gold -a block of lapiz -a bunch of wood, some stored into one of my chests in the basement -2 or 3 ender pearls. mabey more, I cannot tell. -around 40 diamonds, as I have some extra diamond blocks, but I do not remember how many I had recently possibly more. Lykos 276 Author Share Posted December 15, 2011 Might just be a ninja. I naturally search chests I encounter in the wild, even if i am not taking anything... I have traveled quite a lot... Never came across any diamonds in unlocked chests. Possibly they were taken from one of the "locked chests" near alras that were unlocked due to the plugin going down? I have always had quite a a lot of smooth stone and cobble for training in blacksmithing, so I can reimburse any you lost. Lykos 276 Author Share Posted December 15, 2011 -update- In order for me to return your items, you must have an admin represent you here, after gathering proof from logbooking your stolen-from chests. I know this is a bit of a hassle getting a gm to help you out, but you must understand that I want to be sure that I am indeed returning the items to their correct owners. Have a gm write here what items were taken by username xXDylanXx1013, and I will reimburse your items, even if I do not have them (if he stashed some items or dropped them somewhere for better loot) But if I do not have the items, I will try to pay you back in minas.
