Yes, guards can put arrested people in jails, and so can knights.

As far as I was aware, the squires have no say over a guard unless following an order from either Braxis or Gideon (or any other knight with power over the guard) as they would be impeding on the duties assigned to the guard by the High Constable.

The only Knights "guild" I have heard of are the knights of the North. It would seem either this "Legacy" is a small or fake guild, or it is indeed the Knights of Galahar. If you could name some members of this group I am sure we would be able to answer your question

Oh KL! I heard of them but never realised it was Knights Legacy. Well if they are a guild then without permission from the King or High Constable, jailing people in Galahar is against the laws I would've thought.... Of course I may be wrong but I don't see why a group should be allowed to jail others. If they had authority I would assume we would've been told... So until further orders I would ask them to get a Galahar official to approve it if they try to order you or arrest someone. ((anyway goodnight))

If they were disbanded and the guild no longer exists then they should certainly not have any say over what goes on in Galahar.

And Hawk I said Gideon as technically Galahar is still a Knight town and therefore the Knight Commander, even if not directly linked to the guard, will know who is where in the hierarchy of sorts.

I don't think they can arrest you and if the guild disbanded, the area of their guild house should be removed and replaced with something more beneficial to the people.
