How to go about making a new character.

Recently I have seen lots of people wanting to make new characters for the new map. People seem to think that its much mroe complicated that it really is. You dont have to reapply to the server, but there are some things you should do to make the transition much smoother.

Step 1: The first step to making a new character is having an idea for said character. As usual, be original with your ideas. Please no more "My parents were killed by big bad orcs" stories. Ill admit that I too did this in my first app but I made a new character and had a very well done background that didnt not involve Orcs killing my family. I will admit that my family either died or was never seen again, but it was an original idea and kept the RP interesting.

Step 2: Think of a way to kill of your current character. When I made my current persona, I was very unoriginal with how I killed of my old character. I did the classic "was killed by bandits when noone was around" bit. A good RP death is here, done by Ever and xmrsmoothx.

Step 3: RP out your death. Dont just say "XXX" happned, actually get some of your friends and make it happen. Not only will this make it much more fun, but it will also make it seem like it really happened, even if only you and your friends know about it IC. Once again, try to benefeit to the overall RP feeling of the server.

Step 4: Even though your already accepted into the server, fill out the Ic portion of an app to help you get a basis for your new character. This should help you be able to RP your new character even better. And yes, yet again this should help you be able to make the RP exxperience much mroe enjoyable for all those around you.
