Coaster 2086 Share Posted January 5, 2012 You approach a group of people, crowding around a manor in Alras. You go over to see what the commotion is. You peer in and see the following among the chaos, learning from a nearby citizen that the home belongs to William Chapman The home is clean, in fact, it is evident that it was meticulously and carefully swept so that not a single dust mite remained, not a speck on the windows is visible, and not a crumb is left to feed the rats. Standing out quite vividly, are the corpses of four men; all sitting in various positions along a table, blood seeping out their injuries. The wounds are clearly self inflicted, their clammy dead hands still gripping the hilt of their daggers and blades. All of them have a blindfold on, with a dark red 'NINE' written in blood, or red ink, or something of that nature, seeping through the middle of the cloth. The guards present examine the corpses, checking their faces and in turn the home. After around 15 minutes of waiting, it is discovered that all of the belongings of Mr. Chapman are present, his belongings, his valuables, his literature...the only aspect of him that remained to be found was his body. A guard rushes downstairs, holding a note found on Williams made up bed. Excited he reads it out loud, "To whom it may concern. I may be dead, I may not be. Regardless, I hereby resign my belongings to those indicated in my will, and pass on leadership of my business, Circle Nine to any handler that remains. Should a leader rise, I ask that remaining members contact him and swear alleigence. If not, I ask that you partake in the same ritual the men downstairs are about to. To my various enemies and friends, know this. I am always listening, and always watching." -Signed William Chapman - Tolta, 31st of The Grand Harvest, 1348 ((Basically without a villain application, this character is going nowhere. He has dedicated his entire life to the organization and really isn't anything without it. I'm just putting him on hold until further notice. Maybe he'll come back, maybe not. It all depends how things play out. To the 25 sum people who remain in the guild, report to your handlers. If they have fled, try to find other handlers. Remaining handlers, of which there are 5, choose a leader among yourselves.))
