Passports Fer Easy Guarding

I came up with an idea to help is guards and fellow dwarves to distinguish between people from other races allowed into the city and those not. Thie idea is that we give all non dwarves a book with their info in it. It has to be signed ((written)) by one of the 3 head guards or a grand councilor or a High Lord. In it is the time they were admitted, who admitted them, race, and name. Also in it could be an expiration date if the writer only wants that person in our city fer a breif period of time.

I was considering this. I've already implemented a system of knowing who enters/exits tne city when and where.

((We got big walls...why don't we simply make a wall of persons who received/bought a entry ticket to our city? Every entry ticket can last max. 1 real life week so we write for example:

RP NAME(1 line)

MC NAME(1 line)

Reason why he is here (diplomat/trading/whatever)

Expiring date IRL (GMT for example)

I think this should be more then possible to do.
