[What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: I know a little about role-playing, I’ve played several before and always enjoyed it. Role-playing is choosing/ creating a character that you act out to assume the attitudes, actions, and discourse of the character

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.Metagaming is going outside of the rules by either using external factors, or going beyond the limits of the rules such as having your character knowing things that you know but he hasn’t heard of. Powergaming is going beyond role-playing and making your player do things without giving the other person a chance and making them overpowered, such as making them invincible, a god, the best at everything, having abilities that are unfair.

What do you expect this server will be like?:I expect it to be cool and a fun community

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:I Played on a few friends servers and Silvania but I left them because they claimed rp but never did anything with it

What is your Race?:Human

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):Cethis is 23, about 6 feet tall with brown hair, and green eyes. He was born in Aegis to a retired soldier and his wife. His father turned to farming before Cethis was born and so Cethis learned to farm at an early age. His father also taught him the skill of swordplay so that if he ever left Cethis could defend himself. He grew up in the wilderness, occasionally fighting off bandits, when he turned 14 his father suffered an injury and so cethis took over the farm. He worked around the clock to provide for his family. Because of growing up in the wild he knows basically nothing about it. His favorite pastime growing up was always increasing his skill with the sword, though he refused to kill anything if he could avoid it. When he was 15 an orc attacked their house in the middle of the night, killing his mother, and then besting him in battle. Ever since then, he has had a deep sense of hate towards the orcs. When he turned eighteen a injured dwarf stumbled upon the small house where him and his father lived. The dwarf pleaded for help and cethis could not turn him down, even though it meant sharing the precious food that his father and he had stored. The dwarf thanked him and tried to teach cethis how to mine, cethis was horrible at it, and he seemed to be stricken by bad luck at every turn and then eventually breaking the pickaxe. The dwarf left explaining he had to go and be on his way. Cethis was troubled with the dwarves leave being the only kind being he had met. He had heard of elves but actually never met one, and he was curious, hi father always said he would feel bad for the first elf cethis met. When the Destruction of Aegis happened Cethis decided it was time to leave his home, and the only life he has ever known. He would leave on the Final Escape, travel to the verge, and move on to the new world. His father decided to stay in Aegis deciding that it would eventually be taken back. After the retreat to Aegis by those that survived he learned of his father’s horrifying death. He realized he was now alone in this world, having no friends or family left. He decided to seek out people who were in need and not able to defend themselves.

Personality: Cethis is a kind, compassionate person who loves to help those in need. He loves farming and most importantly his swordsmanship. He is ignorant of the world and the ways of it. He has a basic understanding of the language.

Flaws: He is headstrong and reckless choosing to rush into battle instead of asking questions. He will risk everything to help someone if he can. He is ignorant of the world and is racist against orcs.

Your characters ambitions: Become the most powerful swordsman and get to a high enough position to protect those in need

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? He shout at the bandits and pulls out his sword as he rushes towards the elf to help him. After the bandits are defeated he asks the elf if there is anything else the elf needs. He turns and walks away and continues on his path after the elf tells him what he has done is enough.

Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? He asks about new swords and if there is anyone around who needs help. The owner walks out carrying a sword and places it in cethis hands. Cethis inspects it and decides to buy it. After he buys it the owner tells him that there was a rumor that there was a traveler in need of help at the inn. Cethis walks off to the inn with his new sword in hand.
