I am a guy who likes fun. That would probably be it. Oh, and I love Minecraft, Yogscast, Soccer and my friends ;). I also like to read, especially Tolkien´s books!

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

15-20 hours I guess. I hope that it is enough.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.:

Roleplaying is something special in my books. Live the life of another person. Act as he would act, talk as he would talk, lie as he would lie.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Power gaming is often used in Roleplaying, trying to get the best out of your character, doing only activities which will give you the best progress, rather than fun ones. Power-gaming comes in many different approaches, so we could split it up in a lot of sub-categories. MO of the Power-Gaming is to make your character virtually unstopable.

Metagaming is when you use outer sources to benefit your character.

What do you expect this server will be like?:

Extremely fun, to mention first. Also, I expect to feel the same feeling as when I watched LOTR movies: AMAZED, Amazed, amazed... and amused of course.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I played on lots of servers, but I hated the fact that admins are often unhelpful, arrogant and even unfair.

What is your Race?:

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Shalon is a mysterious wood elf, known for his connections with Darkwood Guild. He is the native of a small village Earastelis, known for its coal-mine and generally friendly inhabitants. Living a life on the streets of a small village made a particularly big part in his personality. Being left by his family when he was very young, he needed to take care of himself in the big, cruel world. Luckily, Marathel, the local favourite of the Earastelis found him, and continued to take care of him all until his death, at the age of 267. Marathel taught Shalon some great fight techniques, as well as how to create basic bows and weapons.

He makes for his life as a fisherman, spending days on the beautiful coast of Asulon. Being a fisherman also costed him his left eye, as once he got captured by pirates and they kept him as a slave. Torturing was something of a reward there, because whole day of extremely-hard work is nothing easier. He managed to escape by faking his own death. When the pirates seen him lying down on the floor with a large scar across his face and eye, they simply threw him into the ocean. From there, he swum 70 miles to reach the land again, and he found himself in the territory of humans. From that day, he is travelling back to the Earastelis, village he sworn his life to protect, and village he loves most, more importantly, the village that loves HIM the most.

His appearance is quite as you would expect from an elf. Long, oval shaped face with long blond hair. What makes him unique are his non-pointy ears. Those are result of the long genetical deformation in his family tree. It´s said there are only 7 elves having this deformation, which is his only official link to his family members. He is known to be blind on the left eye. He is very shy by nature, so he likes to leave the talking part to others. Although he is shy, he is not really easy-going. He is easy to anger, which often ends him either raging, or attacking the probably innocent guy. He likes to fish and to hunt, and like most of the elves, he likes adventure. Shalon is very self-confident, which is always a good trait to have when facing opponent in open-battle.

Your characters ambitions:

To serve as true son of Darkwood, and to defend the lives of other elves with his whole heart. He also wants to return to his homeland. He hopes that one day he can find his true family, as he has magic dream-connection with his brother, who leaves him different kinds of hints and helpful information during his dreams. He also wants to live his whole life being a fisherman, at least as a hobby.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?

He first takes a moment to assess the situation. Trying to keep his head calm, he cannot stop thinking that he must not fail on one of his brothers - the elf. First thing he does is throw a rock at the bushes which is found about ten metres behind back of the bandits. "Looks like somebody is there, Ya-khraan, go check it out." - The poor elf cannot handle me." With one bandit heading into the forest to check for potential enemy, Shalon quickly runs towards the elf. Run, brother!, yells the Shalon. "So, looks like we have an spectator here, do we?". - Says the bandit. Shalon takes a second to check if elf is here, noticing elf fleed away succesfully. Shalon waits for bandit to makes a first move while slowly making backwards-steps to increase distance between them. Bandit tries to cut Shalon with a sword, but Shalon was not close enough for it to catch him. Shalon takes out his blade and attacks bandit, but with no success. Bandit swinged his blade and it caught Shalon hard, with his arm bleeding hard. He quickly swings his blade towards the bandits legs and it cuts off the bandits right foot. Bandit falls down on the floor, and Shalon capitalizes the moment to escape, leaving only the blood trace behind him while his shadow is dissapearing in the old forest...

Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

"Waisth, my friend. What can you offer me?" says Shalon. "I heard your good are finest in the whole town."
