How old are you?: I am Fifteen years old, turning sixteen in Septemeber

Time-Zone/Country of Residence: I live in Ottawa, Canada GMT -5

Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: I believe I have a good grip on the English language as I only speak English.

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am a teenager from Canada- I do the usual sort of stuff like hang out, play Minecraft, Xbox that sort of thing. I enjoy hanging out with people and playing Hockey, Soccer, and Ultimate Frisbee. I also Longboard.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: It depends on the amount of school work I get, but roughly about 20-30 hours, and I can play just about everyday of the week.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying is to pretend that you are someone or something else, as common as a farmer, or as outrageous as a God. This means that when you pretend, you have the mind, intellegence, and specific skills of the person or character you are Roleplaying to be.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I've roleplayed on certain occasions, but not to often, I enjoy doing it and wish to become better at it, and get involved in a roleplaying world.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta-Gaming is when you take information from something like a friend, Team-Speak, Ventrillo, The Forums, or anything that would give your character further knowledge that he or she really wouldn't have. Example, a player is giving one character coordinates to a city so they can meet and work together, but instead of the player who received the coordinates just goes to the coordinates, instead of possibly following the player who gave the coordinates or asking around to see where exactly the city is.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: Power-Gaming is when a player forces something upon another player, without giving the other player a chance to react or counter what the first player does. This would also be the case if a player was so bent on winning that the player would eliminate the other players chance to react in a role-playing situation.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I think this server will be different from many of the other servers I have tried in the past, seeing as this is the first Roleplaying server I have been on, and I think it will be cool to be in an envrionment with people who are very good roleplayers, and to learn from them.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: Treepunch.ca is the only other server I have really gotten attached to, and I left because of sheer boredom of SMP and Creative game modes.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: I have read the rules, and I think they are fair and easy to follow.

How did you hear about us?: My friend his Minecraft name is MrDocktour, was looking for Roleplaying servers with me and we stumbled upon Lord of the Craft. I also heard about the server from PetriDaGamerNerd on youtbe.

Have you voted for the Lord of the Craft on Minestatus? Which vote number were you?: I did and I think I was number 2, 926 or around that number.

Character Name: Domas Hawker

What Race are you?: I'm a Human

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): I was born and raised for a few years in Aegis, until I was kidnapped by Orcs.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): So, you want to hear the story of good old Domas Fawker? Well I am currently at the age of twenty-five. I'm quite the joker if I do say so myself, but none of that, you know, prankster sorts of things. I was born to a military Father and a Hard-working, home-maker Mother, which I lived with for a few years with me Brother and Sister. Then came them dark years, It was a dark night when I was only a wee lad, I got to say about fifteen. That night has ought to be most frightening thing that has ever happened to me in my twenty-five years. I can remember quite freshly, as if it just 'appened. It was one dark night, you know, the stormy type. Me and me brother were asleep in our room. We heard a couple loud crashes in the night but nothin' outa' the ordinary for a storm in Aegis. It wasn't 'till maybe early morning when me and me brother were awakened from our slumber. It was a normal time for us to arise. So, we carried out the usual morning activities of gettin' our food for breakfast and such. Then it had hit us, where in Aegis were me parents and me wee sis'? We checked their rooms without any luck. We found bloodstains everywhere in the house except ours. I was fifteen, and me brother was only a wee twelve years old, not even a teenager. We asked the towns folk if it maybe had been Orcish marauders who were camping ten miles from town. Townsfolk told us that they had no recognition of any Orcs comin' into town last night. We were left to fend for ourselves or stay together, like family.

Trading came as an easy job for me and me brother, it was efficient for making minas and we could meet people and make links. It seemed to work and we were able to travel in Aegis for a few years until we needed to leave after it fell. We then travelled to Asulon, where we currently are living. But, we still have unsolved mysteries, and we thought we could find the answers in Asulon.

OOC- He's a Trader, currently travelling around the Human lands of Asulon. He travels around selling his various wares alongside his brother. His family was killed by an unknown force and he is getting ready to set out to find exactly what happened to his family when he was fifteen. (Undead killed his famliy, he doesn't know that yet)

What is your Character's ambitions?: First, I want to make enough money to move to the big city, and eventually to join the Human army and find out what really happened that night when something took my family away.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): "I 'ought to say that my sword and I have always been of friends for many years since our escape."

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? I'm quite nifty with a blade of any sort, and also am quite good at haggling prices to make better sales or purchases.

Open-Response-Questions

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? "I 'ought to try something" he would think, and he would try to sort things out by talking to the guards and find out what is happening, and if all else fails, he would move on and avoid any further confrontation.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? " 'ello to you too dear sir" He does respect rich members of Asulon but he does think they may be a bit snobby. "Alas, what sorts of wares might you be able part with for a good cause?"

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: "I need the iron, but I am noble" He would say, he knows it isn't right to steal, but he needs the iron for his own life. He would decide to leave a good sum of minas to cover the costs of the iron.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? "My, my, my, what do we got here? Why a darn fine camp you Lads and Ladies have set up here. Well, good golly, I dare say I'm quite a bit hungry, might I purchase some food? Also, if you don't know where the nearest inn is, might ye' be able to let me stay a night, and if ya' can, could ye' point me in the right direction?" If they do or don't do any of these things, he would greet the fellows good-bye and continue on, possibly sneaking some food and water on his way out.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: "Hey! I got me own blade and armour if I may jump in? I'm always ready for a little fight in the name of justice!" He would then mumble to himself " And hey, if I can get some minas outa' this, I don't see any issue with that."
