The message - written in standard ink and elligable font - reads this: "It is requested that the High Council of Malinor and the Silver Council of Haelun'or meet at a location which shall be found agreeable by both parties; proposal for which is the Elder Tree of Normandor. Matters requiring the collective wisdom of our sovereigns need to be addressed, which it is recommended should occur in the passing of three fortdays."
