Aerinyes 402 Share Posted March 12, 2012 In order for your charter to be accepted, or even looked at, there is a couple of things that have to happen. First your city, village, town, ect must be within the limits of the elven lands. Anything outside should go to Contested or Wilderness Charters. Second you must contact the appropriate government ICly. You cannot just /t prince/sessname (hey can you approve my charter?). You can see what government to speak to by viewing the map below. To ensure your charter is seen make sure to meet with a leader in person or their representative. Thirdly, be prepared to fall under said nation's government. You're on their land after all. Lastly, be sure to take a screenshot of where you plan to place the village, town, city, and ensure that you have either a minimap showing in at least one of the screenshots or provide coordinates to the plot. Here's a Map to help you out: Malinor covers everything within green. Menorcress covers everything in yellow. Haelun'or covers everything in blue. Natural biome territory is represented in white. Everything else is wilderness.
