How old are you?: I am 15 years of age, and will be turning 16 October 17, 2012.

Time-Zone/Country of Residence: I live in the USA, and my time-zone is Pacific Standard Time.

Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: Yes, I was born and raised on the English language. I speak it, write it, and type it fluently with correct grammar and all.

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: Well, I'm 15 years old, I live in California, and I'm a gamer. I love to play video games of any type. Scary, adventure, puzzle, shooting, action, racing, any game you name, I'll play. In my spare time, I skateboard with friends, I eat, and I go to school. Yes, I consider going to school my spare time.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Well right now, I have classes that don't give any homework. So everyday after school I'm most likely on Minecraft. I get home around 3:30 and play probably until 9. So that's about 5 1/2 hours daily. So in a week that would add up to 38 1/2 hours give or take a few if I'm doing anything on the weekends.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Role-playing is a form of art. It gives people a reason to act out their character they love most. Role-playing is where people would act out their favorite character from a book, movie, game or just a made up character. They really live as how they seem to live. They talk, eat, use their manners exactly how the character would. This means that they basically are the character.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: As a kid growing up in California, with all the movie stars and acting going on, I sorta took on a passion for acting. I love to do it as another spare time activity. When their would be a play in school I would always be the first one to raise their hand for a role.Role-playing on Minecraft Servers is jsut another type of thing that's fun to me. I would always be the first to start it on most servers. And I wouldn't get out of character for one second when I would do role-play.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta-gaming is basically cheating. You are acquiring information for the game, outside of the game. For example, someone plans to surpirse attack, and your friend tells you about it outside of the game. You prepare for battle even though it was meant to be surprise. You do not know there is going to be a surprise attack in the role-play, but you get ready for a battle that you don't even know is going to happen. So it's knowing information inside the game that you found out from an outside source, and using it to help you in your advantage.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: Power-gaming isn't very clear to me, but this is my best understanding. Power-gaming is something you do in role-play that is almost impossible. For example:

Player 1: "Come with me! Get in my car, we're going to my crib. I'll let you do whatever you want there."

Player 2: "Well, I sorta have something to do right now.. Can it wait?"

Player 1: "No! We have to go now!" (grabs player 2 and handcuffs him into the car and drives away)

There were no handcuffs insight, yet Player 1 had gotten a hold of them somehow like he had just pulled them out of thin-air and forced Player 2 to go to his house.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect this server to be full of players who are just like me. Who can role-play very well, love doing it, are very friendly, never griefed, and are just plain awesome. I can expect this server has very little issues with griefing because of the high standards for the applications.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I've played on mainly survival servers, and the reason why I left most of them was because within a few weeks I would already be promoted to mod/admin. I don't want that because it just tempts me to cheat. So I would leave and find another survival server.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Yes, I have read/understood/agreed to every single rule on the rules list.

Do you promise to abide by said rules, and laws? This includes the Server, Forum, and Teamspeak set Rules: I agree to follow any rules that apply to the Server, Forums, Teamspeak and any other place that has rules.

How did you hear about us?: I found out about you when I was searching for a really good server. I read about how this server was, and researched a little on it. I heard a lot of positive things about LoTC! Now I want to join it to see if all of it is true. :)

Have you voted for the Lord of the Craft on Minestatus? Which vote number were you?: Of course! Why wouldn't I vote for such a great server. And I'm not sure, but I do think that I am number 1,019.

What Race are you?:I was born and raised an Elf.

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race):I must say, that I do not have a sub-race.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Ah, so it seems you have stumbled yourself into unknown territory have you? Who am I? I'm Aulaeum. Where did I come from? Well, enough with the questions. Why don't I just tell you my life story. As a young elf, I was raised to be a quiet, friendly, strong-minded person. I didn't have much you see. All I had was the clothes on my back. I worked in the forests of Ravenhold, gathering wood for my father who was a woodcutter. Growing up was difficult with all the hard labor on me scrawny little body. At the age of 17, I ran away from my home. I was tired of working in forests and getting paid cheaply. I ran far away from Ravenhold, and ended up in a city by the name of Laurelin. People here were very friendly to me, and I loved being here. When my 18 birth year had come I was able to work and get paid. I got a job working for an old farmer. He had great stories to tell when we were not working.

Now with me working as a farmer, I didn't have much things to wear. I had leather things that seemed used and smelled of poo. I would wash and wash but the smell wouldn't come out. These clothers were stained as well. But some fancy girl had seen something behind these ragged clothes. I don't know what it was, but she really did have this sweet inocent look to her, and when I would look at her, I knew she was the one for me. We married when I was only 19 years of age. I left the farm I had started to call home, and had gotten me my own house. Me and my newly wedded wife had lived together for one year, but when I had turned 20, she had died. She became sick with a really bad flu, that no medicine could cure because she had waited too long to seek any help. With this terrible news, I had nothing more. Then one day, a messanger had arrived at my house in the meadow and said that the farmer I had been working for had passed, and he wanted me to have his land. I moved immediatly to take over the farm.

Now I am 21 and I still live in the farm the old man had given me. It is well taken care of, and I actually have gained enough money to make it even bigger. I am well paid and have made my own house, bigger. I live just outside of Laurelin, where very little activity occurs. This is how it is for me today. Now why don't you head on up the road, about a mile or two is Laurelin. You get yourself settled in. Please do visit me if there is any trouble or questions that are still running though your mind. What is your Character's ambitions?: My life's ambitions are to live a long, happy, and peaceful life. I would love to travel all of Asulon.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): My favorite tool has got to be my hoe. I love her to death. She has served me well in keeping the farm maintained, with her diamond encrusted surface. I've loved her so much I've given her a name. She's called Blue Jay.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? My greatest talents have got to be my farming, and designing. I can design any given building, and make it the best building ever seen.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?I approach the two warriors, trying to pass casually not wanting to alarm anyone. I notice they are starting to give me a dirty look, so instinctively, I say "Hail". Ok, all has gone well, and they are letting me pass. "Good day to you fine gentlemen." I beging to hurry back to town to retrieve any help that is necessary. I say to the nearest guard, "There is a small halfling down the path, and he is getting mugged by two warriors. I couldn't do anything since I am much weaker than the two combined. Please do help the poor inocent halfling." I continue my walk home.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? "Hello there good sir. I'm looking for this type of arrow for my bow. Do you happen to have it in stock?" "Great! Now, how much would this type of bow cost, and for how many?" "500 Minas for 64 arrows? That's absurd! Well, I don't have that type of money on me right now, perhaps you can hold it for me until the end of this week? If not then it's understandable." "Great! Then I shall see you towards the end of this week with the 500 minas."

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: "This place looks abandoned, though I shall leave it in case it isn't. Even if it is, I shouldn't be taking people's stuff. It's just not right. I know I wouldn't like people taking my things if I were to have been gone for awhile."

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? "Hail! My name is Aulaeum, and I am a farmer. I do not know my way around the new lands and I am very hungry. Do you have any food to trade? All I have on me right now is about 32 torches. If this isn't enough I would help around here to earn my way. If not, can you point me to the nearest village or city. I shall thank you when I return home, and I shall come back with valuables."

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: "You there! Guard! What is going on? There are bandits outside the city walls? Oh no! Is there any assistance that I can provide? Yes, sir. I shall return here as soon as possible with my battle gear and weapon, and we shall send these bandits running back to where they came from!"

I suggest that you fix the ages used in you biography. Elves live a very long time, and while your character may be almost physically mature it would not be normal or culturally acceptable to get married at that age.
