Shop/home charter ((Size of town charter))

*Due to the fact I want to possess a shop/house charter in the wilderness the size of a town ((40x40)), and I have no VIP, I will not be paying thus-- the permissions will not go down to bedrock, but instead Y40 I think?

MC Name: Fuzz747

RP Name: Cereidon of Pupillam

Shop name: The Coro Pupillam

Why are you/your character starting this town (Shop/house)? What role will it play?

The Pupillam will be the main store. I have another shop called the Pupillam Stem. The Pupillam Stem is a shop in the Normandor docks (Elf region). I want to make this new shop because the amount of space I am allowed to use in the Normandor docks is not to my likening and I want to have a place to live as well.

What type of political system is enforced in this town (shop/house)? Is this town under the reign of any other nation at this time?

This shop will be run by me ((and eventually my other friend who is currently creating an application))

Here is the hierarchy:

Coro Rex ((me)): The Coro Rex is in charge of all the shops and money. The Coro Rex occasionally helps the Amets

Ramus Princeps: The Ramus Princeps concentrates on a single shop and is in charge of giving the pay to the employees of his branch

Partus Puer(s): The Partus Puer is in charge of delivering products to clients

Amet(s): Amets are the suppliers they cut wood, mine cobble, smith, harvest wheat, collect dyes, bake and hunt

What sort of behavior will residents(Emmploys) exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

Our employees shall be respectful, patient and from all different nations, and races. All races are welcome to apply at The Pupillam : Orcs, Humans, Elves, and Dwarves.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map).

The region will be in the photograph below, coordinates can be disclosed in a PM for metagaming purposes:

locationshop.png

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc):

The Architecture will be a tree appealing to the eye, and made of oak. The race’s shall be all races, Orc, Humans, Dwarves, and Elves are all welcome to apply.

Hey your free to do as you wish but if you wanted a bigger place in Normandor all you had to do was ask. You are a hard worker and deserve a place you are happy with. You picked the only shop left on the docks at that time. If you didn't like it just ask for us to build a bigger one I'd rather people have large shop than smaller. The smaller ones are there for people just getting on there feet. But I will support you in any choice you make.

Thank you Prince Bravepaw. Your words are kind but I had the goal of having a shop in the ocean for along time well before I bought My first shop In Normandor.

I'm sorry my friend, but without the requirements your home is just that, wild.

Griefing, IS against the rules and villains can only steal from unlocked chests.

Find a locksmith(VIP), and you'll be fine!

What else do I need?
