Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am a freshman video gamer who loves role play and minecraft. I one day hope to become a video game developer and great programmer. I did apply for lotc about 9-12 months ago a couple times but they were denied. I also run a youtube channel which i do minecraft lps and other steam games like killing floor.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I could spend about 20-40 hours a week (when not grounded if i am gone i am probably grounded)

What do you know about Role playing? Give a definition of what it means to you: Role-Playing is the act of getting into character. Role-playing is doing what your character would do in the situations he faces.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:

I played many role play games including SWTOR, and skyrim. I have also played many other minecraft role play servers.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:

Meta-Gaming is taking information from outside in game and from ooc and using it in game. One example would being told over ooc the location of a king with a bounty on him and then going to that location looking for him.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is:

Power-Gaming is taking action without letting the other play counter the action. This is like when the other player is a bandit and instead of giving you the chance to live and give him his stuff you attack him without role-playing at all.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect this server to be a great role playing experience. I hope that many other people will bring exciting role play change into my characters adventure.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: i played on age of city and other rp servers but left because of lag and lack of population.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Yes i have read all of the rules including server and team speak.

How did you hear about us?: I heard about lotc 1-2 years ago on YouTube, i applied back then but both of my apps were denied and i didn't apply again after that.

Have you voted for the Lord of the Craft on Minestatus? Which vote number were you?: I did vote for lotc but i can not remember what number i was.

Character Name: Grungron Zaher (meaning forge fire)

What Race are you?: Dwarf

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): Grungron has no sub race.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

My character is named Gungron Zaher. He is named Gungron Zaher which means forge fire from his father being a great blacksmith and miner. Gungron is 242 and is in his mid twenties. Gungron received a good education in reading and writing young. Gungron loves collecting books into his collection. He loves collecting writings from the wars in old aegis. '

Gungron loves a good fight just like any other dwarf. Gungron also aspires to start in the dwarven military guilds and later leave creating his own guild then kingdom with his friends he meets. Gungron wants to see the world of Asulon and venture through all the cities. Gungron is a very calm dwarf but when angry he can't be calmed. Gungron is tolerant of all races and is nice to people that are kind back.

Gungron started at a town orphanage where his "father" adopted him. Gungron's father taught him to read,write and mine at an early age. Gungrons father named him Gungron Zaher because Gungron always help him with his smiting and the first thing he made was iron bars and he mad them to hot and almost burnt the house down. After that Gungron took him to a school to be taught on how to read and write seeing how Gungron was curious about almost everything. Gungron took a liking to books and started his own library in the home where he loved writing things witnessed and heard about in the new land of Asulon. Eventually Gungron grew of the age to leave the home and go on his own and after hearing all the events that have been happening in Asulon he wanted to travel and see the world.

What is your Character's ambitions?: Grungron hopes one day to start a city or kingdom of his own in the dwarves nation.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):

Gungrons favorite tool is his pickaxe.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? My character is very skilled with a pickaxe and can defend himself with his trusty axe and rarely uses his sword.

Other Information about your Character: Gungron is a very skilled writer and reader.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

My character would find the nearest guards to help fearing he would lose the items he had on him.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

My character would ask what items he had and see if he could bargain a good deal. If they could not find a good price he would find another store with better prices.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

My character would see if it was abandoned and after some time take the items. He would post a sign in the nearest city and on the house that he had found the items and was looking for the owner.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

I would ask him if they had any food and i would work it off because my character does not like spending his minas.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

My character would see if he could reason with the bandits before they took any aggressive action. If no diplomatic solution could be made he would fight in arms with his brethren.

-Elaborate on your biography. If he's 242, why does he look like he's in his 20s? Dwarves are immortal, but they do still age.

-Your character is very old. Remember, you're going into LOTC to establish a character. Don't make him old before you've even logged in!

-Why is he a "very skilled writer and reader"? What reason would he have to learn how to read and write, as a child helping in the forge? And I don't think Dwarves have "schools" as you would define them. I suggest you talk with players currently RPing dwarves. You can find a lot of them in the server's TeamSpeak channel.
