Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: Although I have a minor mental issue, I like to think I have a basic grip on grammar and the English language

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I’m a friendly guy who likes to talk, I’m 5 ft and can’t stand people who use, a certain word a lot in a single sentence; such as like, yeah and basically I get on well with most people but am sometimes too shy to talk to people unless someone introduces them to me, I have a feeling this server will greatly improve my confidence.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: My timetable is rather empty but I do have the odd occasion of where I am busy all week or just a day. I aim to be on for 10 – 15 hours a week even more if possible

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying to me is when you can release your imagination and play a different character with many people, giving you a sense of freedom.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I am regularly on with my friends in minecraft role-playing, I have won a few drama awards within my school I take; performing arts, I used to take drama, I also do expressive arts and have decent grades in those few subjects.

I expect the server to be filled with friendly people who abide with the rules, and also take their roles seriously.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I’ve only played on a few private roleplay servers with my friends, but I don’t find them to be any good as there is a frequent meta-gaming

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

My name is Danius and this is my story, I once resided in a small town off the coast of drellgalad. While on my way back to the town after a hunting trip with my father, we came back to smoke and ruins the town had been ransacked by bandits. No one was left alive apart from my loyal friend and pet Jaspa (how he happened to be the only alive I have no clue.) Even the majority of the animals had been slaughtered if not taken, there was no reason to stay any longer we buried my mother and sister and fled the town. Along the way we told the story of how we ended up in such a state, slowly we made it through town by town until we hit a vast valley where at the end resided a lonely fishing village holding a few meager fishing boats and one larger cargo ship, with the village in sights our faces lit up with happiness finally we had made it after such a long trip. We began our travels again down the valley, running I turned to see my father looking only forwards with a more serious face, I wondered what was up as I turned to see what was saddening his mood, only to see 6 heavily armed bandits standing with their weapons on their shoulders I noticed their instinct markings much like one of the dead bandits I found at the town, I instantly without another moments thought grabbed my bow and strung up an arrow, it was only a hunting bow but it would do enough damage I pulled back the string and released the arrow flashed past my father’s hair as he pulled out his axe the vibrations went through the entire shaft of the bow and then suddenly bam the arrow struck straight into the shoulder, bringing the bandit down I loaded another arrow as my father launched off a rock and slammed his axe down on another. I released the string again the same feeling fell through the bow and another bandit hit the floor that made 3 down, I smiled to even see Jaspa give one of the bandits hell with his jaws locked tightly on his wrist with only two left I drew my hunting knife flipping it into a fighting position I had seen my father do many times I raised the knife to strike down on the 5th bandit he quickly blocked with his blade and gave a quick kick out at me I flew back and smashed against a rock I came back to my senses just in time and rolled to the left narrowly avoiding the bandits blade, I swung round and was swooped off my feet as the bandit grabbed me by my neck he spoke “you shoulda just handed over ya money boy.” Shoving me into a rock again, I slipped my knife out of my pocket but I couldn’t reach round before he ended me until I heard a yell “halt bandit scum!” a silhouette sat on an elegant and strong muscled horse he wore barely any armor but carried a bow and a short blade he drew back his bow and released an arrow it shot the bandit clean in the head and sent him dead to the floor, I grabbed my bow and knife and stood looking at the stranger he came down from his horse and drew his blade running at me I rolled out the way and spun straight round only to see he had just finished off jaspa’s last victim. I asked him who he was, he gave no answer put up his hood and climbed back onto the horse he rode towards the village, I looked for my father and found him sat down covered In blood he said to me “never again will I draw a blade.” Me and him laughed and the statement as I helped him up and we began to walk again Jaspa walked around us making sure we were alright every step of the way, until I heard a cry of anger turning to see a bandit in midflight his axe held in the air. The last bandit how could I forget, I could do nothing to block him until my father stepped in the way taking the axe to the chest, I screamed in anger as my father turned and mouthed ‘run’ I wouldn’t now I wanted revenge straight away I pulled out my knife and threw it towards the bandit it spun and hit him in the throat he dropped my father and clutched at his throat, I spat at him and grabbed my knife from his throat and finally slashed all across his face, leaving his dead body there I moved over to my father it was too late he was dead. I grabbed his body and placed It over my shoulder leaving this valley of mortis to its self, I began my travels to a new world.

What is your Character's ambitions? :

My characters ambitions would be to hopefully find the lone wanderer who saved my life and to own an archery store or be a hunter or warrior

What is your character’s favorite tool? (Sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc.):

my characters favorite tool would be, the bow weapon wise and an axe for use

Friendly, caring, hates people who use others for protection, hates crime, will always lay down his life for someone else, and hast respect for honorable.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

he quickly steps in blocking the halfing from the two warriors telling the halfing to go even if it means a severe beating on Danius's side

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

Danius greets the man and asks what various wares he might have.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

He looks inside the chest but quickly closes it knowing that any taking of any kind is bad, and walks away

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

I greet them and ask if I may share some food explaining my story, if they refuse I carry on

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

I join the group going out, hopefully catching and mercilessly killing the bandits on the road after when offered the reward turn it down and move on.

~Your Open Responses are far too short. You must present the situation and then show all the actions and phrases. As if you were in-game, this is not only dialogue though. Also try not to power-game.

~Your biography needs to be worked on, be less cliché (everybody doesn't lose their parents by bandits...), and use correct Lore (the destruction of Aegis and travel to Asulon), be creative and you need to explain your appearance and attitude and what it says in the question.

~Your Power-Gaming definition is incorrect. Even though being overpowered is power-gaming, that is not the definition we want, why don't you look around on the forums or on Team Speak to find out its real meaning.
