Archery-55

Cooking-70

Farming(Probably won't use much)-50

Appearance (age, SUBRACE, gender):

Tekh'Dirr is a male Kha'Tigrasi. Standing 7'4 and covered in bright orange fur he is the stereotypical Kha'Tigrasi. Having just reached maturity two years previous, Tekh’Dirr, now 17, strives to hone his muscles to an even finer edge.

Personality:

Practical in most things, Tekh’Dirr is generally honest and caring. He has an especially soft spot for Kittens, enjoying their playful nature.

While Tekh’Dirr is straightforward in most of his activities his hunting is where it shows he has a brain and uses it. Knowing that he is very visible compared to his racial cousins, Tekh’Dirr employs tactics such as remaining in tall undergrowth or using his bow to attack quickly from afar.

Often Tekh’Dirr may seem to be quite slow if asked a question. This isn't the case as he often looks at a question from many angles before presenting his answer.

Please include a short bio of your character's life:

Tekh’Dirr was born to his father, Rakha'Dirr and his mother, Shoia'Dirr, among a litter of 3 siblings. The four often went out exploring, making friends among the other kittens nearby. Always play hunting with his friends and siblings, Tekh’Dirr began to notice as he entered cub-hood that the Kha'Pantera's stealth and Kha'Cheetrah's speed would best him and his fellow Kha'Tigrasi often in games due to their ability to launch suprise attacks and make the superior strength of him and his fellows ineffectual. Tekh’Dirr began to think of ways to get around this. He would use the shade or climb high in the trees to avoid being seen. He practiced his silent movement and even learned how to swim quite well. He also would talk to the fellow members of the Dirr Pride and would often ask his cousin Thel'Dirr, a Moonblade, questions about fighting and hunting. In the end, the Pantera would still best him in stealth, the Cheetrah in speed, but he began to learn how to think with strategy.

At the age of 8, Tekh’Dirr lost one of his brothers. He had been playing with his brother in the trees when they saw an Enderman. His brother looked at it. The ender attacked suddenly, jumping to their branch knocking his brother off it and causing him to crash to the jungle floor below. Tekh’Dirr stayed shaking in the tree for the next two days. From that day on he was very frightened of the Enders, often running if he saw one of just freezing where he stood, shaking until it left and someone told him he was safe. While he grew out of this paralyzing reaction his fear for the Enders hasn't worn off and he has not to this day gained the courage to hunt one.

When Tekh’Dirr was 13 he and his remaining siblings were playing in the eaves of the jungle when they were attacked by a poisonous spider. They were terrified as it came near them. As it bit one of his siblings Tekh’Dirr flew into a rage and jumped at it, hitting it with his toy wooden sword repeatedly as it bit him. His sister screamed and Thel'Dirr, who had been close by, came running and killed the spider. Tekh’Dirr's brother got over the effects of the poison in a few hours but Tekh’Dirr was sick for a 5 days, not getting out of bed for the entire period of time. He seemed very close to death, especially on the 3rd day but managed to live through it, mostly thanks to his mother's nursing. However, the poison somehow managed to discolor one of his eyes, causing him to have one green eye.

As Tekh’Dirr grew older he often saw the Do'Kuta', the examples of a hunter, and dreamed of one day being a hunter worthy of that title. He began to practice more seriously with his toy bow and sword, when he wasn't busy playing of course, and grew very adept with both. When he finally reached the age of 15, he began to go out hunting for food. Finding cooked meat, especially sugared cooked meat, more energizing and generally more enjoyable to eat Tekh’Dirr learned how to cook and prepare the meat. Salting it when needed to preserve it and began to cook on a level equal to his hunting skills. Quickly gaining a large amount of food, Tekh’Dirr started to try and sell off the extra, hoping to show himself a good hunter and get some extra money.

Recently, Tekh’Dirr found that the sand of the desert hid his fur at a high enough level that he could hunt in the desert. Not only could he hunt in the desert, he was able to hunt harder prey. Pigs don't walk around the desert much and when Tekh’Dirr ventures to the sands he is out for a challenge, placing himself against skeletal archers or moaning zombies. Of all the creatures he has fear for only one, the strange black creature that moves faster than the fastest Kha'Cheetrah and caused the death of his brother. Tekh’Dirr has seen the mystical pearl they drop and now strives to become a hunter able to defeat one of the Enders, adorning himself with their pearls.

Character's ambitions:

Tekh’Dirr desires to one day be a Do'Kuta' and possibly a Moonblade, personal guard of the Tla' himself. He also strives to become a hunter with enough skill to destroy the Endermen.

_---Situational Rp Questions---_

1.

As you travel through the Karakatuan jungle, you spot a human trespassing on your nation's lands. He approaches you, obviously distressed, and asks for any food, water, or shelter that you can provide, then tells you that he has been lost in the area for days without any proper supplies. How do you react?:

Tekh’Dirr is taken aback by the appearance of a speaking ape, especially as the ape begins to ask for supplies. Finding it strange Tekh’Dirr approaches the human slowly, his hunting sword in his hand.

"What is talking ape doing here?" he questions, tail flicking back and forth behind him.

"I....I was.....um..." says the man, not wanting to admit he was there to gather Ocelot furs. Finding his manner suspicious Tekh’Dirr smacks him hard in the head with the pommel of his blade. As the man slumps unconscious at his feet Tekh’Dirr tilts his head at the strange creature then shrugs. Lifting the man over his shoulder Tekh’Dirr walks back into the city angrily. Walking up to a group of guards he drops the unconscious figure at their feet saying "Tekh’Dirr found strange ape in jungle. Ruined his hunting." The guards take him, going to give him to the priests. A while later Tekh’Dirr watched a beautiful sacrifce to Metztli.

2.

As you romp through the lands of the "apes", you come across a tavern. Inside this tavern, a Dwarf notices you and starts gawking at you, then begins to speak.

"Oi! I gots a bowl of cream for you, Kitty! Ha! I'd bet you would make a nice throw rug, wouldn't ya, ya mangy furball?!"

He continues act generally as racist as possible. What do you do?:

Tekh’Dirr stands up slowly, turning to the dwarf he says quietly, "The ape is rude. Tekh’Dirr thinks the ape should learn to talk less" glancing at the dwarf's table Tekh’Dirr adds "and drink less." The dwarf lets out a cackle of laughter.

Looking at Tekh’Dirr he says "Come 'ere Kitty! Let me pet you hm?" letting out another drunken burst of laughter the dwarf is caught off guard as Tekh’Dirr pounces forward, grabbing the dwarf by the beard.

"Tekh’Dirr think this ape is rude. This one thinks that the rude ape needs to be quiet. The dwarf looks at his beard worriedly. Tekh’Dirr sees this and pulls out his sword with his free hand. Putting it against the dwarf's beard he says, "Rude ape needs to learn manners but Tekh’Dirr is feeling nice and isn't going to teach ape manners."

The dwarf quickly says "Aye! No need ta teach rude ape manners!" That is when Tekh’Dirr smiles. It isn't a comforting smile.

"Tekh’Dirr wants to help ape. Ape seems to worried about his whiskers. Tekh’Dirr will make sure that the ape doesn't need to worry." With that Tekh’Dirr removes the dwarf's beard, causing the dwarf to fall as he is no longer being held by Tekh’Dirr. Dropping the beard on the dwarf Tekh’Dirr kicks him in the head and turns around saying "Can Tekh’Dirr help another ape?" When he doesn't receive an answer Tekh’Dirr turns and walks out of the Tavern, leaving a shocked group and a just awakening dwarf, now sporting a shave.

3.

One of your fellow Kharajyr and a close friend of yours comes to your dwelling in the middle of the night and begins to pound on your door. After you let him in, he confesses to killing another Kharajyr over a slice of cake. What do you do in response?

Tekh’Dirr sighs and looks at his friend sadly. Finishing his slice of cake he says, "Tekh’Dirr is disappointed in you friend" Walking to the door Tekh’Dirr does a quick spin and hits his friend in the head with all his Kha'Tigrasi strength. As his friend falls to the floor, unconsious, Tekh’Dirr walks out and gets the guards. As they take his friend Tekh’Dirr says to them "That is friend of Tekh’Dirr. He asks that friend receive exile, not sacrifice. Tekh’Dirr does not want friend to die." The guards say its not their decision and walk out with the awakening friend.

Do you swear to follow the Tlatlanni and uphold his law, and do you swear to hold Metztli and all of her actions as sacred?

Tekh’Dirr swears to hold Metztli sacred and follow the Tlatlanni who was chosen by Metztli.

For the last time, DON'T post on applications if you are not the applicant, or part of the K.A.T. If you had not approved, you could simply have told us in PM, or IG. But do NOT post here.

This is not only for you, but for every person who posts on apps, I will ask a FM to warn them next time I see this. It is a rule, like the ban reports. TO be respected.

On another note:

ACCEPTED

Just a little warning of little consequence:

Remember that even in the desert, you won't be very well concealed, because of your black stripes, and bright orange fur.

Also, remember you do not know it is an "ape" unless your character decided to call it that, it is simply a non-kha, a furless, a creature, abomination ((Thats what I call them)) etc...

Have fun! ;)
