I'll be working on lore for this over the next few days when I have time. Tyr will be the name of "New Fairfield".

Tyr - The Northern City

"I was a wanderer... I was seeking a place to call home... Ascella was shown to me from then on I knew I was destined to be part of something great. It was nearly a decade ago that I first called that place my residency. Markus Powell. A man. A King. A liar. The infamous Markus Powell offered me the position of 'Head Blacksmith' for his so called 'Kingdom of Andromeda'. I wasn't much for politics back then, just wanted to keep my belly full and my hands warm. I'd heard a few reports of something called 'Seventis Loyalists who were trying to take the town or something. I didn't care, though... I was given land, I created a blacksmith for the town, I spent nearly two years in Ascella.

During the second year, while I was on my annual mining trip to the wilds, a massive blizzard struck the land just North of the Waruzg. I was trapped underground... I ate only mushrooms for weeks upon weeks. After the storm had passed, I had no idea where I was. I had lost all sense of direction and thus I was forced to wander the wilds for nearly 4 years. Eventually, an Alrasian patrol happened upon me and brought me back to civilization. I knew where I had to go. Ascella awaited.

I returned to a changed city. The walls had been rebuilt, I had heard something about Markus being dead and his right-hand had taken over. Lord Jullius was his name. I'll never forget the man who put me in the position I am in today. I spent only a day in Ascella before 'The Great Storm' hit both the Wilven Sanctuary and Ascella. ( Hate ya Vaq. ). The town was essentially turned into rubble instantly. I felt obliged to do something about it. I went directly to King Renati and I offered to rebuild the city. The walls went up with due haste, the homes, rebuilt, I was too late for the underground district, however. The flooding from the storm had caused the support beams to give way and thus a large landslide swept through the area destroying everything.

By the time I had nearly finished the reconstruction, I still hadn't met Lord Jullius. I began to think some of the citizens were distraught and were spewing story-tales for I knew that no honorable lord would leave his people in such a dire situation. The very same day I placed the last brick, a man rode into town and asked me my name "Ursolon. Who might ye be?" I responded "Lord Jullius of Ascella" I was told. I couldn't believe my eyes. Not only was he real but he was stupid enough to come back to a town that he had abandoned in it's greatest time of need. I was flabbergasted, you couldn't even begin to comprehend the frustration that this caused me. He walked about Ascella, flaunting his noble robes, asking for thanks from the people. He claimed to have been responsible for the reconstruction of the city.

Time passed and I kept doing everything that I could to improve Ascella.I was soon resisted by Jullius though. Whenever I had a good idea for something, he wouldn't let me put into action... I grew more and more frustrated with the way Ascella was being run, or rather ruined.

I spoke out. I gathered supporters. I petitioned for the removal of Lord Jullius and the people approved. I presented the evidence to King Renati and he held a meeting between the three of us. After some arguing and shouting, King Renati destroyed any and all respect I had for him as a King. The decision to keep a cruel tyrant on the throne was that of a weak man, one who couldn't make a decision that might have had some consequences. He disappointed me and Ascella. Fed up with the lack of progress, I spoke out more and more, publicly denouncing Lord Jullius in front of him. He saw me as a threat... I know he did... He banished me from Ascella, never to return.

It was only a month later that my warning came true. Jullius, once again, went missing. He left his people again. Seeing opportunity, I attempted to speak with King Renati about claiming the lordship. Upon finding him and conducting the meeting, I was informed that he intended to make Ascella the new capital of Seventis. My dreams were shattered, my hope lost, my anger... fueled.

I gave up on Ascella. It was a lost cause... Tainted soil that only brought foul actions to Asulon. I decided that it was time to move on. Old Seventis was a crowded mess of poorly designed buildings and since I was banished from Ascella, it was my only destination. However, I chose the other path. I founded the town of Fairfield and provided a new home to those who suffered under Jullius' reign. I guarantee you that any citizen of Fairfield will attest to my honor and loyalty to my people. After the creation of Fairfield, I found myself playing a larger role in the Kingdom of Seventis. I ended up becoming a great friend of King Renati and him and I worked together to achieve greatness for the kingdom.

When we outgrew our given land, we sought more. We traveled East through a process that will go down in Seventis' history forever. The Great Migration was the movement that brought us to the new land we call home. The population split when we came to our new land. The people of Fairfield traveled North, to the rolling hills, to settle the city of Tyr under my name. The citizens of Old Seventis traveled farther East to found the kingdom's capital of Sarun.

This is my story..." - Ursolon Ironheart

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“I do not love him, nor do I hate him. I’ve been told by many that he was a great man, however, I wonder why he, who is such a ‘great man’ would have abandoned his child. I cannot forgive him for this for he may have intentionally left me behind. I cannot blame him either, as far as I know, he had done everything in his power to find me. I am certain that he was not perfect, if he was so great, why would someone murder him?
I have been handed a great responsibility, I ask that the people of Tyr help me, rather than slander me. I think the King, for accepting me to Seventis and I hope that we can create a relationship that will prove most prosperous for everyone. I come to this land, not seeking riches or power, but a way, a way to fulfill the expectations that so many of you have of me.
I expect the inevitable. Hatred and anger will come, I have no doubt of this. I do not expect you to open your arms and allow me to do whatever I please. However, I do expect a chance. As I have said, I come here offering an opportunity for both of us. Cooperation between us is the only way in which we will achieve greatness.
I have been called upon because someone has seen potential in me. I am supposed to end the chaos, not create it! If you do not approve of my arrival, I ask you to speak your mind, however I will not step down if a single soul demands it. I will not give up my rank if but one man requests it. I do not know Tyr. I cannot decide who should lead, but I have decided that I will remain unless universal support for another is gathered.
Rather than accuse me of being my father’s son, who will make the same mistakes as him, help me make the right choices. This Kingdom is already riddled with treason, treachery and whis’prings of rebellion. Should violence ensue within Tyr, I have no doubt that it will spread across Seventis until our homeland is trampled and kicked into the Nether.
The death of my father will lead us down one of two paths. You can either, accept me and help me create an utopia for us all, or you can wait for your neighbor to set fire to your home and murder your family.”
Haven't read it yet, I'm at school right now (hehe) Tyr should be a farming area, people in Sarun were arguing about farming in the dessert although compltelty impossible. And by the way I read your death post that was pretty cool.
