How old are you?: Twelve years old, turning thirteen next February.

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am a fun person, who plays sports, but is also a hardcore gamer who loves minecraft.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Fourteen to Twenty hours weekly.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying to me is involving yourself in a new life, and being someone different than who you are in real life.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I have played many roleplaying games, and I have

also enjoyed many minecraft roleplay servers.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta-Gaming is letting your character know something you as a person know, without your character learning throughout their own experiences. It is like talking to your friend about where their house is, and then teleporting or walking straight there, your character would have to have certain directions or follow someone there.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: Power-Gaming is when you roleplay in a game without letting the other player have a say in what goes on. For example: Robber steals money. Guard binds robber and takes him to jail. Robber uses super-strength to break the cuffs, and runs away, killing the guard. Power-Gaming pretty much ruins roleplay for everybody.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect it to be one of the best (or the best!) server I have played on through my minecraft experiences.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have played on lots of other servers that just weren't organized like LotC is, and I have also tried to run my own (which was very difficult on my computer).

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Yes, twice!

How did you hear about us?: I have been searching and searching for a server that is right for me and I have finally found one!

Have you previously made an Application? If so could you link us to your last Application?: No, I have not.

In-Character:

Character Name: Daniel

What Race are you?: Human

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): Um, no Sub-Race, please.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): When Daniel, was born his father, Arcelon, immediately left Daniel with his mother. When Daniel turned nine, his mother was killed during a robbery in their village house. Daniel has taken care of himself since then, hunting his own food, building for shelter with no help, and taking care of his emotions and life without anybody by his side.

After a period of time, Daniel stumbled across the great nation of Hanseti. He know still lives by himself under the rule of the great Hochmeister, Bealcrest. Daniel is now nineteen, and hoping to reunite with his father and give payback for what he did so early in Daniel's life.

What is your Character's ambitions?: To find his father and fix his past.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): My character loves bows because early in his life, after his mother's death, he would hunt his food with a bow and arrow.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Archery is one of his most skilled talents.

Other Information about your Character: Daniel is a nineteen year old boy with short, brown hair. He is 6'2 and is strong. He wears a red headband, and carries a fake diamond sword on his back. He is also dark-skinned, and has a beard.

Open-Response-Questions

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? My character would take action by stealing the money back from the guards, and giving it to the halfling. Daniel would then alarm the authorities about the crime committed by the two guards and let them do their work however they please.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Daniel would maturely say, "Hello, good sir, what do you have for sale in your fine stall today?"

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: My character would find out who owns the hut (or whatever the structure is) and proudly return the items to whoever owns them, so that he would think of me as a notable citizen.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? I pay for rent for a few nights, buy resources and food from the shops, and leave the next morning with a sincere thank-you to the leader or mayor of the camp.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: My character would help the guards to be a good defender of the nation, and after he completed the deed, he would say that he does not require the reward because defending his kind and fighting the evil forces is a good enough reward.

Your application has been denied because:

- Description of yourself is too short. You have a sentence, and it requires at least a few. Lets us get to know you, see what you enjoy! We are huge in our community and would love to know more!

- Biography is too cliche. Most, to all, applications that are denied are due to the death of a parent. Use your imagination and re-think up something that would really be interesting to read. We get dying parents everyday.

- Your characters seems to be unstoppable and a perfect person. Never stole, also helped out, was the most generous guy, even without having parents. Meaning wasn't much flaw to be seen, especially in a human. Which we know are NOT perfect.

- Please wait at least 24 hours before reapplying. Take a look around and check out other applications to get a good handle on other accepted applicants.
