While our race has been growing the past month, I find that some of our people are living in poverty. Therefore I, Celia Windsworn am starting a loan business. This way when you come to the silver city of Haelun'or with nothing but rags on your back, you will have enough to eat properly, defend yourself properly, and live properly!

And this is why I am starting the Windsworn Loans! I am one of the more richer residents in the city, and I would like to give back. I will have an interest fee of 5 percent of the loan, which will be given back in two elven weeks.
