Prince Trivane Amedaius stands in the un-finished Sarun, displeased.

He holds out his hands, gesturing for the people to come hither.

"Citizens of Seventis. In wake of my father's absence, I have decided to implement plans to ensure our Kingdom does not fall to the ground. I am displeased with a few initial problems at hand. One, and perhaps the most important, the Military. I have spoken with my father in regards to a final and last reformation. But this won't simply just be a reformation. It shall change the entire structure, and I will also be training the military with a lot more integrity and power. I am extremely disappointed at the incompetence of some of the officials in its’ ranks and a major wave of change is on the brink. I will also change the admission process of how citizens enter Sarun and various other settlements under Seventis control, such as Tyr. The second problem at hand is the lack of organization. The overall government structure is poorly formatted and needs to be fixed. I will go to great lengths in fixing this current inequity. One, I will write a document that lists the hierarchy of Seventis, its’ government credentials and laws. This will allow for more awareness and also more format. Laws will be set in stone, instead of having a simple notice board or having guards using their jurisdiction upon a proper punishment. I will also call for any and all to perhaps construct a build team to complete Sarun, our future capital city. Sarun is no where near finished and will be finished very soon as I have taken control in his.. Absence. I am unsure of my father’s whereabouts but I will disclose them when they are acquired. Another addition I shall be implementing will be a fort. And no, this will not be anything like whatever structure was created before. We don’t need a fancy architecture or story behind it, but simply a secure structure that will be able to monitor the occurrences within our lands. It will dispatch soldiers to perform missions and also investigate upon reported crimes. Also, it will protect our lands from Bandits. A training course will be developed along with a barracks for soldiers to train. And training will not be optional. It will be MANDATORY. The final problem I have determined is most of our citizens possess an Inferiority complex. They are unsure of their positions and also ability to perform at a high standard. Any employee or citizen who wishes to acquire a stable job and also wishes to be self-sufficient seek me out and I will direct you towards the correct individual for the job. I ask any and all citizens to please state any inquiries and or problems you need additionally addressed. I will ensure they will be completed and investigated.”

He delves a slight nod down at the crowd of individuals who listened to his speech, and walks back down near the docks to overlook the ocean.

You said you are disappointing of some of the officers in the Military but what can I do when I can't reform the army myself. I proposed a new "military structure" to Renati but he refused it. I feel like you are putting the blame on me for the our current military, witch is bad. Anyways, if I'd had full power of the Military, it wouldn't be like it is today.

((I'm currently going through a bunch of hockey pre-camps so I won't be on has often. But I'll still try to com on. If someone is willing to become Constable to assist me when I'm not there, it would be great. Like sort of during the weak this "Constable" would manage the military and IF POSSIBLE, send me a PM on forums to give me a "update". This would be good since I think Dez want's to give you my job.))
