Notes On The Plague

((A handwitten note is single-pinned onto a barricade set up by the monks to slow the spread of the plague around the temple. There are several more press copied notes lying around that people have read and dropped. The note reads:))

I am afraid my attempts to find a cure have been nothing short of ineffective. My skills as a brewer, hunter, rogue and theif have made it an interesting journey but even books cannot solve this problem. I have tried every form of animal blood as a cure for my friends, none have worked. Maybe i should try races? Being a hunter i dont have as much experience with humanoids but there seems to be less infections among orcs, is it possible they could help to bring a cure? Or maybe i should look into more.. exotic races? Either way i cant imagine any of them willingly giving a human their blood... We shall see.
