Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: yes, I believe I have a good grip on grammar. I may not have the best grammar, but I can try to improve.

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am a relatively nice person, I tend to not fight back alot when confronted about something. At times I can be a bit annoying, and I will frequintly apologize for many things I believe I have done, or so I have been told. I am sort-of easy to depress at times, I can easily drive myself down into a depressed state if given the chance to actualy start thinking about things and beating myself over. I cant stand lossing characters that I have worked very hard on and tend to over react to losing them, the same goes for grieffing. I tend to follow the rules in place mainly so please dont expect much trouble out of me.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I am normally on everyday durring weeks, the time may vary, but I would say I have about 6-7 hours each day.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: I would have to say Roleplaying is a person acting like someone or something in a way that that character would act if they were real. ( sorry if this is not an adiquite description)

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I have always been interested in roleplay, the idea of a different reality has always been big in my mind. I have played many RPG games, pretended to be all kinds of characters and even have my own characters to RP with friends online.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:

Meta-gaming is when a player uses OOC infomation to thier IC advantage.

I.E a player finds a base and informs another player OOC about it so they can find it IC

Power-gaming is when player attacks or commits an action without giving any other player time to react or does something that is not feasibly possible.

I.E create a steam powered gauntlet that cuases a full plate of metal to engulf the users arm and 2 blades to extend from the hand with no possible steam power source.

I have a good idea of what this server might be like. more mature then most and having many good RP oppertunities.

I have been on a few PVP RP servers, I didn't really like them, and Aceon( still there, but I am a bit bored )

Character Name: Merenwen Hurzenar

What Race are you?: Elven

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): Dark Elf. ( I will apply for Mori after I am accepted if )

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Merenwen Hurzenar, only 18 in Mori standards, is short for elven standards( only 5'0) with smooth, seemingly flawless blue skin. very well endowed and corvacious, she is often boasted of by her house and sometimes cuases unwanted jealousy. Merenwen wears her Silken blue hair long and unkept, often covering the left member of her odd, white eyes. Her lips are lush, normaly adorn in dark lipstick that adds interest to her youthful face. She will often fluant her natural " gifts " in a number of ways such as dressing provcatively. She mainly dresses in skimpy, silk dressess, alternatively wearing a long, thick hooded cloak if entering the outside world.

Do not be fouled though, This girl is not only a pretty face. What she lacks in strength, she makes up for in intelegence. Merenwen has always had a gift for learning. At an early age she began to read, even before she could walk. Her common interests have always been of learning all she can and eventualy to learn magic. She believes if she gains the use of magic she can further her learning into more arcane arts and become a great sorceress. Merenwen relies on archery in fighting and once she has learned magic she will be able to effectively master ranged combat, or so she thinks.

Merenwen has shown an oddly kind heart, despite the society she was born into, she longs to help others and do the right thing, but never can seem to do these things. She will often try and hide her true wishes from others,thinking that it it either a weakness or they just wont understand, under a very fragile placid shell that can almost easily be broken by the right . She is naive and can be easily pressured into doing things she would not usualy do with the right application of pain or pleasure. She constantly fears the thought of death and will beg and degrade herself to avoid it at all cost. She aslo has a very submissive personality, she tends to not be able to hold control or dominate subjects and hides the fact she has homosexual tendencies towards women in her society, being attracted to dominance.

What is your Character's ambitions?: Learning all she can and becoming a great sorceress and master of ranged combat. She also wants to gain a higher social standing

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):

shears. She isn't one for manual labor.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?

She shows a great talent for retaining information. She is also a very skilled dancer

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

Merenwen moves quickly to the men, unsheating the dagger on her hip, she didn't have time to use her bow and need a destraction. " Leave him alone!" She shouts as she aproaches, cuasing the two warriors to look her direction.

The taller of the two, a tan skinned man with a mangled face, looked at the other with a dark grin " Who does this girly think she is, eh?" He nudges the other, who chuckles in response. The two thugs leave the halfling for the crazy blue-skinned girl aproaching them. Merenwen motions to the halfling to run, wich he takes heed of and escapes as fast as he can, leaving her and the two men.

Merenwen backs away slowly from the two taller men now encroaching on her, holding her dagger in a way that screamed she was an ametuer. The man with the scarred face luaghed " you dont even know how to you that knife girly, and you seemed scared at that " He jumped at her, making her stumble backwards in fright. At the sight of this the other man errupted in luaghter.

Mernwen quickly arose from the ground " I will pay you if you leave..." She shakely said.

" oh, why would we do that ? you cuased us to lose our catch and besides, you are a pretty little thing and we would like to have some fun" The mangled-faced man grinned menichally before grabbing her hand and cuasing her to drop her dagger. She flinched, trying to pull away, but his grip around her small wrist was like iron. She frantically pulled and pulled, till an idea struck her.... She kicked the worst place possible, cuasing the man to fall back in pain.

Merenwen quickly grabbed her dagger and ran before the other man had time to react.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

Merenwen looks at the man's wares, seeing a large amount of shining jewelery and trinkets. Her eyes are wide with excitement as she looks at it all, she absolutly had to buy something pretty to wear " I will take that necklace there" She points towards a silver chain with a blue crystal hanging from it.

" that will be 50 minas " The man smiled at the girl.

Merenwen bit her lip " very well...." She reached into her coin purse and took the coins out and payed the man, taking her necklace quickly and leaving. As she turned the corner she heard the man begin to yell " THESE ARE FAKE!" making her quicken her pace.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

Merenwen rumages through the chest, looking for other things of value, before taking the bars and sword, she could sell these when she returns to the closest village. After taking any valuables she could find she exits the house, pulling her thick hood closer so that she would not blind herself in the daylight outside.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

" Food, I need food" Merenwen replies desperately " any you have to spare will be enough, I beg of you"

Merchant: we were just about to have supper, you may join us if you like."

Merenwen bowed greatfully " thank you so very much, I will find someway to repay you for your kindness "

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

Merenwen sighs " why cant there every be any easier ways to earn money around this land " She promptly walks away from the people, she would not risk her life today. She did not feel any need to fight off so many bandits and she could most likely find and alternate route out of this town.
