•Suggestions for Skravia: Reform the guard. With someone in command who is trusted and capable of making tough decisions, yet someone with wisdom and knowledge that violence is not the only answer; someone who can cope with the pressure and won't mix their job with their life, or be corrupted.

Also, clean the areas around it, for they show a lack of power over the people to other nation, they will view it as a weakness and this may give them the courage for war.

Set up more trade routes, the guard never had much money, therefor people would not stay in the military, fear being demoted or fired.

I will tell you more if I can think of anything.

Suggestions:

I've spoken with about this a few times already. Many may disagree but Skravia is unorganized as hell. We barely have any jobs and the ones that are there don't pay anything. Everyone just mines anywhere they want and make houses wherever they want. This makes it impossible to have jobs like miner, lumberjack or builder in the town. People could trade their specialized items with a specialized job etc. Also if Skravia wants to head towards a nation, we really need to start paying taxes. Short said becoming a bit more strict with freedom, i know we're close at the wilderness but maybe it's something.
