Letter To The Holm Council.

A letter is sent to every council member in Holm along with Enyahs sending many birds to find Izier aswell with the same note.

The note reads.

"Hello Council of Holm. My name is Enyahs, lately I noticed the disspearance of our head Engineer. Because of his dissapearance the Engineering district has been twiddling it's thumbs while the Military continue to yell about how they own us and we make their weapons. No more! I, Enyahs, am taking full control over the Engineering district.

My first line of business: The Engineers are no longer a part of the military. For too long the lands of Aegis and asulon believe that the job of an Engineer is to study and create weapons for wars. I have grown tired of do this, we made you things that devestate battle fields and hold back enemies now leave us alone! We will from here on out put our studies into other forms of engineering.

Step two: Complete lock down. I have changed every lock to the district and sealed the gate shut. Those who enter will be punished severely. I may be rash but there are certain people that have pushed me too far.

Step three: Hiring more Engineers. I will be on the look out for any engineers that I deem worthy working by my side. Two of them will be chosen to be the heads and we will make decision on things through votes, if extra votes are needed we will adress the council. However the coucil will have no say in who I hire nor will the military.

That is all for now. If you have any issues with this then you can take it up with your new Head Engineer."
