Celia making Foolish un-supported claims, will achieve nothing.

-Kolyat Alfakyn

As she sees Kolyat's newest foolish note she looks to the original post and chuckles. She says "Oh, yes. I am the one making foolish unsupported claims."

"Seeing as how you yourself can vote yes for removal, I vote no.

Let us begin to de-construct your points. Firstly, Ursakar. Surprised as you may be, I do have my own money Kolyat. This was personal money used. I am curious on how you even know about the situation. I keep my money in different places, each used for different things.

Second point. "Agression towards visitors", eh? Examples please. I am lenient towards visitors seeing as how I am usually the ones who write permits for them. I find it silly how you are accusing me of such things without actual examples and specific proof. Yes, I am a bit of a jerk to these outsiders, I admit that yet I do it for the progression of the city. It is quite hard to not be rude people who are generally rude to your people. I see it as sticking up for ourselves. Maybe too much self-pride coming from me. Infact, you are increasingly agressive to your own kin. Only a day ago you called me an achkri

Third point. "Sale of weapons and armor to those who are our enemies." Once again, any proof. The only person that I have sold armor to recently are from Oren who according to you are our friends and allies. The name of one of them is Deke Valentine. As far as I can see his name does not have Flay or Camel Bandit in it. Actually, I did send a letter to Redbain. I later canceled the trade. No harm was done here.

Fourth Point. Overstepping my powers... There is ONCE where I negotiated diplomacy with ArmaLuna. Once. This can be weighed equally to you putting trade into our pact with the Kha.

Fifth point. You say I murdered a pure mali'ahreal? Names? I have not killed ANY pure mali'ahreal. Tsk tsk, Kolyat. You need to do your research.

Sixth point. Attempted murder of a pure Mali'ahreal? Names, names. Never have I laid a finger on a pure mali'thill. May I also point out that you cannot be an pure mali'ahreal. I believe what you mean is pure mali'thill.

Seventh point. Assault of a pure'mali'thill. I will say this again. Examples. I assume you are talking about Delonna. I purposely did not shoot Delonna at the time of the battle. I'm sure Yuln and Seth can vouch for that. I only shot Rei and one of his friends.

Eight point. Refusal to pay wages eh? Hah, you obviously do not understand economy, Kolyat. I had stated that there was an unstable economy. Before I there was never actually any payment. A request was given from Lucion to stop the wages program. Haelun'or cannot afford at the moment to afford anyone.

And the final point. Ah, Kolyat. How quick you are to jump to conclusions. The island was originally mine. I had intended to use it for the city's science research. After some digging, I realized that the island was dangerous. The ground below was extremely unstable and it's form was very prone to erosion. The money (100000 minas) is going to the city. 10000 minas to Seth and Barbu. The rest will be divided to fund projects.

You threatened several Bortu and Valah, as well as a few Mali. Several of them actually were there to receive an impression of the city and report to their Leaders. I have in my many walks through the other kingdoms, I have heard your name often mentioned with a description of a rather rude person. Several Bortu have even gone so far as to call you a Menace. And those who bought those weapons and armor, did not necessarily appear to be who they were. From what I have heard, those weapons reached those who went on to raid us. If you had not sold the weapons they would have never been used against us. You have several times declared laws to be when they are not. Declaring people impure with no proof, use the "right of the law" to attack visitors. You have fined and detained several innocents because they proved you wrong, or simply insulted you. You shot an arrow in the inn that entered the face of a young man Yuln was once sweet upon and also shot another young man through the eye who was wearing a pumpkin. He was attempting to join the legion. You fail to forget all of the times that you smashed your fists into suitors, or even the time you assaulted the children of Haelun'or. Celia, without money people cannot spend, when people do not spend they cannot purchase. all income is taxable, so eventually you will make the money back. If you are smart. So by what you said Haelun'or will never be able to pay it's workers. Finally those who donated are they to receive no compensation ? For many who donated have received none.

Although it pains me to pick a side in something like this I personally believe there is other areas that Celia would be a better fit for, My vote is Yes.

Let us begin to de-construct your message, oh not so mysterious poster. Let's start off with me being a "menace." You say that my own personal name is mentioned from these people. The hilarity ensues right here. Firstly, I have -never- -ever- mentioned my name to outsiders. It was something that I learnt since I was but a wee little lass.

Let's take a walk to your second point, shall we? You call me an un-fit tilruir'acaln. Being a tilruir'acaln is control over Haelun'or's economy. Haelun'or has pretty much three people that sell outside of Haelun'or. These people are Kalzhett,Rolen, and Zahir. I do not get any money from these people. In order to continue funding these project I need to get a source of income. I do this by selling weapons and armor. Even the best tilruir'acaln would have no way of knowing this.

Next, you attack me by saying "I use the law to persecute people who I believe are impure." This little boy needs to get his research done. The impure that I prosecuted was Arya. Was I right about her? Yes. She pretty much declared herself as the wife Rei, a mali'ker. Then you say that I shot a mali'ahreal in the face. If this was true, why would Yuln help me at the situation that you declared "the tipping point." Try to equate some common sense into your points, silly writer instead of taking things at face value.

Ah, suitors. Not fun times. Smashed my fist into my suitors, eh? This is most likely coming from the person who told me to "reject them all!" which to paraphrase is "Smash their hearts flat!" If I've smashed the faces of any previous suitors, then have them speak up. Oh mysterious writer, you do know they can speak for themselves. And the children. You seem to not equate common sense again. I have my own four children. I would not dare hurt them. Then we have the Elsiols, Barbu and Ibar. I haven't seen Ibar in a while actually. Then we have Barbu, who commonly sleeps in my house. He has written my support for me already in this board. Then we have the Alfakyn girls. If I've "punched their faces" then have them speak up!

Lastly, we have more critism of me doing my job wrongly. Oh, writer. How silly are you... If you look around on this board you can see that Ellir, the person who wrote the tilruir program stated that I was doing my job exceptionally. Even if I give away income and tax them I will still be losing minas. The city has no source of income now. The only way I could tax and still give away the money is if the taxing was 100% of the pay! If someone needs minas, they can come to me for a grant! If people think that I am doing a bad job, why would they still be supporting me? The only dislike I see right now is from the Alfakyn family and Kalzhett. Truly, it's quite adorable. And as for Delonna. Ah, you are so mal-informed on the current situations. I already have a sack of minas prepared for him.

My injury has given me alot of time to think, and i have decided i will use my vote, and i use it in attempt to keep Celia in office. I strongly feel that our recent violent outbreak was Celia's fault, but during it, i had revealed to me that i have been betrayed by those who were closest to me. And i thank Celia for showing me that, Im certain Celia wouldnt have done the things she is accused of without good reason, and that there isnt anyone else who could perform her duties as well as she. I therefore vote no, in favour that Celia keeps her position as Tilruir'acaln.

-Suika looks sorrowfully at the board but posts her own note on it-

Celia has only done good for me and my colleagues. She has payed me for the weeks that I work and has been available to contact most times of the day. It is unlikely to find another person this easy to contact who will be able to fulfill the same job requirements. I have not seen Celia do wrong, therefore I do not blame her. I would, however, like to see proof or evidence of Celia's supposed wrongdoings.

I second the movement

Due to evidence that has come forward and some questionable decisions made by the accuser I wish to change my vote in favor of keeping Celia in office. My apologies Celia, I was being rash in my decision and I feel awful about what I have done.

*Celia smiles as she walks up the the domain. He dress flutters in the breeze as she posts a note to the board.*

"Dear lliran,

I thank you for keeping me in office. I will use the power given to me for the betterment of the city. Unless anyone has anymore quarrel with me (And by looking at the paper, that'd be the Alfakyn family.) Then please tell me.

Kolyat reads Celia's reply chuckling softly to himself knowing that it had done exactly what the author had intended.

" What a genius you are my old friend, what a genius you are ... "

Kolyat walks off slowly but deliberately with a feint smile on his face and a soft hum coming from behind his closed lips.
