It was a clear and brisk night with the stars at their brightest and the moon showing a pleasant and beautiful crescent shape with the silver reflection casting light upon the city of Arethor. The wind that had brought it in was gentle and crisp with a refreshing feeling that would awaken even the drunkest of men. Tonight was too be a night of joy and welcoming as the Royal Naval ship ‘King Syrios Beard’ was returning from a gallant voyage over the seas of Asulon. It has been a lengthy expedition of around two months, the crew training and learning to get that feeling of camaraderie that may soon be tested.

Along the long voyage the ship and her crew came upon the string of islands to the east of our Realm. Never before have most of them been touched with the skin of neither Human, Elf, Dwarf nor Orc. These islands play host to an abundance of creatures from small to large, from colour to colour and look to look. However the main goal of the voyage was to explore, until now, the un- sailed waters. Whether they are treacherous to safe those waters now take their spot upon the maps of Oren, but for now, they rejoiced for their time in the capital.

His Imperial majesty stands as the first to welcome back the Navel ship and its crew, first to step down from the Ship Was Admiral Boiendl and Commodore Divinus. As a feasts and celebrations start to commence in the city. The two officers give the King a brief about the voyage and show him the newly charted maps.

*Gunnery Officer James beam prudly at his men, as they preformed better than expected during the voyage, going around to each and congratuating them on their work*

Captain Peter steps off the ship, filling his nostrils with the fresh air that proceeds around Arethor.

"Ah... tis' good to be home."

The Captain steps himself off the ship, proceeding down into the City, following his fellow sailors.

As the mighty ship pulls up along side the quay, Captain Elessar, strides around the upper deck still ensuring the profession of his men until the very end of their voyage. He inspects the coiling of the ropes and even the way the sails are furled upon their booms. After all has finished, Elessar takes a deep breath and sighs.

"It has been a wonderful voyage with you all men. I welcome on the time when we are called upon again to conquer the waves and high seas, but for now. Enjoy your lives and take your leave."

Upon finishing his final rant, Elessar joins his men walking down the gangway too soon embrace family and friends alike. Finally he smiles and walks off.
