You see a note posted on the noticed board of Arethor... It reads,

"If you need a good employee, or just need a helping hand with anything, come see me. You can find me in the tavern, or you can simply just send a bird for me."

Kzarkus posts another notice as a follow up,

"If you're willing, I'm also lookin' for a place to stay. Like said before, contact me as soon as possible."

Amfionas is walking in the streets of Arethor and stops at the notice board to see if the mysterious cryptographer left any responses to his note. He does not find what he seeks but his single eye catches something more. A note by a lad willing to work. He claims capable for most jobs.

"Mayhap..."

He takes out from his sack a piece of paper, a quill and a small pouch of ink. He writes a responce to the man.

I would like to see your skills with my own eye. I am mostly looking hardened soldiers who can distinguish right and wrong, but above all follow orders. Other than that ,dost we not need much help. I wilt meet you in person hither in Arethor in the next elven days.
