Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: Yes, I do.

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I'm just a guy looking for a good Role-play server. I don't like immature people and people who think spouting a meme at every possible second is funny.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I can be on at least an hour or two every day, and even more if I'm not busy.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Role-playing is assuming the role of a character that is not yourself.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: Plenty of RP in Minecraft, and a small bit in other games.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta-Gaming is using knowledge in-character that you learned out of character.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is: Power-gaming is doing something way beyond the strength or willpower that your character could possibly do. For example, Grom throws his axe and kills two of the well armored soldiers instantly.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I'm hoping to find a good map, friendly community, and a helpful administration crew.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I'm only going to include RP servers. The first server's name is lost to me. I left when the owner vanished for some reason and the server went down. The second one, Titan's Crossing, which became Kingdom of Akantor at a later date, shut down when the owner disappeared as well. The third one is Skyrim: The Age of War. It became Lordran: The Lost Souls when the Skyrim map was corrupted. I played there for almost a year, and became a moderator. When I had reached the level where I saw what went on in the server management, I realized the two owners were complete idiots. They both constantly disrupted RP and seemed to lack common sense. I was banned after an argument. The fourth is a server I founded with a good friend. Its map corrupted, and we decided to call it quits.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Desmond grew up in the quiet town of Ager in the Holy Oren Empire. He lived a normal life, but always taking interest in plants. When his drunkard father died in a sickle accident, he was forced to take his place in the fields. Desmond did his work fine, but was always distracted by the variety of herbs and sprouts at the edges of the fields.

He started studying plants for their properties late into the night, and eventually started up a small healing business at the age of sixteen. He got a steady flow of gold from workers and wives with cuts, colds, and bruises. When Desmond turned twenty, he packed his bags and set off from Ager for new plants to bring home.

What are your Character's ambitions?: To study the medicinal properties of different plants and heal others around him. He wishes to take up healing magic if he ever gets the chance.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): Shovel.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?: Performing healing on others.

Other Information about your Character: He likes to be around and help others. Although, he sometimes retreats to study by himself.

Open-Response-Questions

Each and every question must be answered with a minimum of a single full paragraph and entirely in RP.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

"Hello there, gentlemen. What are you doing?" Desmond makes eye contact with the halfling. "You shouldn't be robbing that poor man, I have tons of gold!" The two warriors slowly approach, giving the halfling an area of escape. Desmond signals for him to run. When they are at a good distance, Desmond sprints away, leaving the armored brutes in the dust.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

"Well, do you have any rare herbs or anything of the sort?" "Yes, we do in fact." Says the merchant, "These mushrooms are harvested from the deepest caves, and numb any pain on a person when consumed." "Sounds interesting. How many do you have?" Says Desmond. "We have thirteen heads." "I'll take them all, sir." "Oh, very good, thirty-nine Minas for the lot." Desmond pulls the amount out of a small satchel and hands it to the merchant. "Thank you, and have a fine day!" "You too." Says Desmond.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

Desmond ponders his surroundings. He grasps the sword, swings it a few times, and decides to keep it. He could use it for self defense, and maybe sell it to someone when he arrives in a town.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

"Hello!" Says Desmond, "Do you have any kind of food or direction to spare? I'm lost out here and can't afford to eat what I have on me." A large man replies to him, "Of course, young lad! Take this." Desmond accepts a chicken leg from his grasp and greedily chomps on it. "If you follow this trail here, you'll reach a fairly big city in a few hours." "Thank you very much, sir!" Says Desmond. He continues on his way.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: Desmond prepares his supplies for healing. He is aware that there will be casualties. He speaks to the leader about tending to his mens' wounds.

Anything else you would like to say?: Not really, but I hope I get accepted because this server looks amazing!
