I am basically a nerd. I love history and science fiction. I play in the school band, and I partake in academic sports. I also love to travel; most of the places I go are tied to something historical.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

Maybe 6-7 hours a day until school starts. 1-2 when school starts.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:

Roleplaying is where people take on a new character in a game/real life (e.g. LARPing)

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:

I don't have much experience outside Skyrim and STO (Star Trek Online). Roleplaying in Minecraft will be a new experience for me.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:

It's when you say you know where something is, but you found out through OOC, not figuring it out while in-character.

Emoting during a PVP RP in such a way the other character can't counter. For instance, Armed Man 1 slices Armed Man 2 in half. There is no way to counter that.

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I expect it to be really fun and very enjoyable.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I play on the Reddit MCPublic servers. I haven't left them, just, got kinda bored.

I saw PetridaGamerNerd's playthrough of the server on Youtube, and found myself very intrigued.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Bornam Ironbreaker was born in the city of Alras in year 23. His family worked the mines, and lived a fairly average life. Bornam found himself working the mines when he was just 8 years old. He quickly learned to mine the earth in a way only a dwarf could. He became strong with every swing of the pickaxe, and, the mines being a dangerous place, learned to fend off monsters that came up from the depths of Asulon. When he was 15, his family decided to move out of the city, to reap the rewards of the Wilds. Bornam's father was old, so he learned how to cut down trees and farm. With each swing of the axe, he looked towards Alras, longing for a soldier's life. At age 20, Bornam decided to leave his family in the care of his younger brother. Carrying his trusty pick, axe, and sword, Bornam set off to a new life, wondering what treasures awaited him.

Now Bornam is 28 years old, the date of his birth being the 15th of The First Seed. He has fine reddish-brown hair, and light skin. He has a lond beard that reaches to his stomach, which he has put into two braids. He wears a suit of armor worn by his father, his father's father, on and on down the Ironbreaker bloodline. He has a very muscular composure, from his years in the mines and cutting down trees. He is quick to befriend, and equally quick to anger. He fancies a pint of good, cold ale before he travels. He is a very helpful dwarf, and when he himself is in need, those who help him are forever in his debt.

What are your Character's ambitions?:

To become an Alrasian soldier, to become wealthy, and to live a long life.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):

In order of 1st to 3rd: Pickaxe, Sword, Axe

He is a very talented scout, coming from his years out in the Wilds.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

*Bornam walks up to the men* Bornam: "Oi! Wha' do you two brutes think ya're doin'?!" *One of the men looks up* Armed Man 1: "We're just collectin' a protection fee, nah be gone with ye!" *The second man walks up to Bornam* Armed Man 2: "Unless ya're spoilin' fer a fight!" *Bornam draws his sword* Bornam: "Well then, come ah' me! Wha' do ya goh' ta be afraid of? Ah'm just a wee dwarf!" *The man sneers* Armed Man 2: "Well then, a fight it is!" *The man steps into his stance, as does Bornam* Armed Man 1: "Nah fellahs, we can come to some sart of an agreemen' can't we?" *Armed Man 2 let's out a battlecry, swinging his sword at the dwarf, who counters by putting his sword in the way of the blade* Bornam: "Is tha' all ya goh'?!" *Bornam makes a stab at the man's feet, and the blade makes contact8 Armed Man 2: "AAAAAIIIIEEEE!!!" *Bornam makes a slash at the man's sword arm, but the man counters it* Armed Man 2: "Ah still goh' a fight laft in me!" *The man stabs at Bornam, but misses, and Bornam stabs the man in the stomach* Armed Man 1: AGGGHHH!!! Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

Bornam: "Hallo thar friend! Do ya happen ta have any food among yer wares?" *The stall owner nods* Stall Owner: "Aye, ah got meat, bread, an' fruit. Wha' would ya lahk?" Bornam: "Oh, ah'll take 5 steaks, 3 porkchops, some loaves a bread, and a couple apples." *The store owner turns and gets the requested items* Stall Owner: "Thar ya go, tha'll be 30 Minas." *Bornam doles out 30 Minas* Bornam: "Thahnk ya, friend! This'll extend me surpplies by a good few days." *Bornam starts to walk away* Stall Owner: "Please, come again!"

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

*Bornam opens the door* "Hallooo? Anywun in thar?" *Bornam walks up to and opens the chest* "Hmmm...." *He picks up the sword* "Bah, this sword is rubbish! Me own sword is be'er than this!" *He eyes the iron bars* "Eh, I don' know who owns this hut...." *He closes the chest* "Even if I KNEW who owned it, I have enoof iron to make me a new sword, pick, an' axe. Ah'll jus' leave it...."

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

*Bornam walks up to the camp* Bornam(weakly): "Do ye fellahs have any food? Ah've eaten all o' mine..." *One of the traders stand* Trader 1: Well, lucky for you, we were just making dinner!" *Another trader stands* Trader 2: "Good lord! You look like you were just in a fight!" *Bornam smiles weakly* Bornam(weakly again): "Tha's because ah was... Ah came across a nest a giant spiders..." *The final trader speaks* Trader 3: "Dinner's ready!" *Bornam almost collapses in joy with the words* Trader 1: "Why don't you eat with us?" *Bornam nods* Bornam: "Thahnk ya..." *Bornam sits down, and digs in to a couple of steaks* Trader 3: "So, what brings you out here? It's different to see a dwarf out so far from Alras..." *Bornam takes a gulp from the pint of ale they gave him* "I'm an adventurer! Ah have been since I was 20..." *Bornam eats one steak in five seconds, and the traders laugh* Trader 2: "Boy, you were hungry, weren't you!" *Bornam nods vigorously, swallowing what was left of the steak* "Ah haven't had a decent meal in... 2 days!" *Bornam wolfs down the other steak, and takes another from the group of steaks in the middle* Bornam: "Ah, tha' hits the spo'!" *Bornam eats the last steak, and gulps down the ale* Trader 1: "Do you need a place to stay for the night? *Bornam mulls over the idea of a warm bed* "Sure, why noh'? You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

*Bornam walks up to the guard captain* Bornam: "Ah'm 'ere ta fight them bandits, sir." *The captain looks at the dwarf* Captain: "Oh really? Well, how good are ya with a blade?" *Bornam laughs* "Ah've wielded a sword ever since ah was a wee lad! Ah've killed me fair share a bandits!" *The captain smiles* Captain: "Good, we need all the good swordsmen we can get. You'll be paid accordingly for your volunteer service." *Bornam shakes his head* "No, ah don' wanna be paid. Ah'm fightin' fer tha people a this tawn, no' fer tha money." *The captain raises an eyebrow* Captain: "Alright then, mister....?" Bornam: "Ironbreaker. Bornam Ironbreaker." *Bornam offer to shake the captain's hand, who in turn returns the offer with a sturdy handshake* Captain: "Now, I suggest you get your blade ready. We're gatherin' over yonder..."

An overall decent application. You sold me on the ORQs, which I believe show you can RP well. One thing to note - Alras was recently taken over by the Dwarves and is now known as Kal'Alras. I can't fault you for this, since we have yet to edit the wiki on that.
