I am a young gamer who loves the Lotr trilogy and all the elder scrolls but also love to rp and game of course... I am an experienced gamer and RP'er and just so you know I played RS for many years and I actually RP'ed after leveling a lot... There isnt much about me really but I'm always happy to talk but busy a lot now with my GCSE's coming up :L...

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

As much as I can so thats about 7 hours a day or even more :)

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:

Well let me start off in telling you that Roleplaying is taken the role of a character or something similar. But when coming across a MC RP server or something related you have to know how to roleplay properly, like Meta and Power Gaming for example. Meta-Gaming is when using outside information from the game on your character when it should not know it and Power-Gaming when you say that you are very overpowered for example:

Guy: Action: Draws sword.

DouchebagWhoIsBad@RP: Action: Draws sword and swings down at the man cutting through his body killing him instantly... *****!

As you can see me DoucheBag did not give Guy a chance to even respond and Guy could of even had armour on!

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:

Like I said I RP'ed on RuneScape for a few years but I have also played on other RP MC server such as: Abridell, Hollowworld... (Not advertising here)

Meta-Gaming when when you use information OOC that you know but your character does not... But you still use it with your character. For Example:

Say you know someones co-ords and you go there because he/she told you them, but how ever; your character does not know and therefor should not know how to find them... (Sorry about the bad example)

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Armus is a man at the age of 27 and has dark brown hair and stubble beard over his chin, hazelnut brown eyes that twinkle in the sunlight. Lightly tanned skin like fresh cow leather and a great sense of smell! He is a kind and valiant adventurer who loves to help his friends, loved ones and his fellow citizens! When Armus was a young lad in Oren he lived with his father, mother and sister and they owned a blacksmith and his mother, Marianne worked the leather tanning and his father, Armus worked the forge and anvil... His sister cooked the food and Armus worked the shop. He later then got bored and at the age of 23 he set off on an epic adventure into the open and dangerous world that awaits him! He got his name because him, his father and grandfather were named that and they all wish to keep the name going. So he is 'Armus the III' but he also got the name Valas, from when his great ancestor, Fargus were traveling at sea when him and the rest of the crew arrived at there destination. And he said; 'alast!'. After each time they arrived he would say that and one stop his friend said misheard him because of his accent and thought he said 'Valas'. He then realized Fargus did not give him his surname, but Fargus said he did not have one. Everyone found it strange so they called him Fargus Valas... he later then met a fine Women he then created and started the Valas family name...

What is your Character's ambitions?:

Armus wants to start a family and grow great wealth but also wants to and always had wanted to have more excitement in life.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):

When Armus was young he asked for his 12th birthday for his fathers finest sword and so his father created him the best sword to his ability's and then worked and sharpened it for weeks then got it enchanted to better efficiency and to last longer, Armus then trained for days with it and started hunting rabbits and killed many.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?

Trading, bartering, Sword, Smithing.

Open-Response-Questions

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

As I walked up to the 2 men I shake with fear because they have already seen me but I still shout at them!

'Unhand him, Criminals!!'

'Leave us be you filthy tramp!'

'You fools! Unhand him NOW!'

'ARGH!'

I run and raise my sword ready to swing down with all my might!

I swing down onto the mans shield!

The man falls back from the strength of my might.

The other swings for my neck but with my rage and activeness I quickly turn and block his attack then swing for his stomach and he jumps backwards and swings at my left bicep so I get cut so then I quickly lunge forward and successfully his not armoured stomach and pierce his stomach and go right throw killing him then grab the robbed man and run away whilst dragging him away.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response

I put and bag of minas on the counter after counting them and say:

'That there gauntlet!'

'Theres about 120 minas in there.'

'Very well sir, that will do!'

The man hands me the gauntlet and so I put it on and walk off saying 'Thank you'.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

'Hmmm...'

I take the loot after looking around and then run to the south-east.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

'Hello there travellers!'

'Hello there sir would you like to buy anything or stay a night in our spare tent?'

'Why do you have a spare?'

'The owner died when a few bandits ambushed us'

'Oh... I'm sorry for his loss. I will take the tent'

'Ok thank you that will be 50 Minas.'

'Cheap! Thanks!'

I settle down and do not sleep till the rest of the traders fall asleep in case of being robbed.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

I run up to the leader out of breath I explain to him that I wish to join and he accepts my hand in battle and we blood the bandits dry and I gather my reward and further loot from the body's'.

This is not bad application just few things to fix, fix these and should get you in next time. Right, your bio and open response answers do not link. Your bio seems too peaceful to handle armed warriors, and in bio show no training on swords. Few of answers for open response questions needs to be longer, need to be similar to first answer but detailed. Also if you want to be a hobbit, try halfling. Read them on wiki to see if your taste, they are peaceful.
