The people bitten took at least a hour for to turn but by then the five zombies and hellhound managed to make a blood bath in the streets the containment was set. Each and every sites that Germany managed to set up in Kaliningrad, they were given the same reports. The zombies were not too slow or too weak, they were just right. Slavic Confederation was given a new project than modifing the Zombies has it was too much a hazard risk.
