Please do not read this when I made it I thought it was good, but then I read one of the pinned topics about applications and realized some mistakes.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I could be on at least 5-10 hours a week.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying is stepping into the shoes of a different person or character.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I have played a few roleplaying video games if Elder Scrolls and Fallout 3 count.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta-Gaming is when you go into a game knowing more than your character or you would know if you had not done research outside of the game.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is: It is when you force someone to doing what you want such as "I stab you and kill you."

In your own Words, define what Out of Character (OOC) is: It is your personality or character not your RP character's.

In your own Words, define what the difference between RP and RPG is: Roleplaying is in person while a roleplaying game is on a console, computer, or anything else of that sort.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect this server to be really fun and also very close to the lore.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have played on a few of my friend's servers and I left them because they no longer host them.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Yes.

How did you hear about us?: I was looking for a new minecraft skin and saw Lord of the Craft skins so I looked up Lord of the Craft.

Have you previously made an Application? If so could you link us to your last Application?: I have, but it was a long time ago. I can no longer find them.

In-Character:

Character Name: Angrod

What Race are you? (You may only be Human, Orc, Elf or Dwarf!) : Elf

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): Wood Elf

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Angrod was born to an elven couple about to reach their limiting age to which they could no longer have children. He was the youngest of three. His father was a writer and his mother a librarian. When Angrod turned 12 his father got the disease Ki'katta. It was not very serious, but it weakened his father leaving him with brittle bones. After his case of Ki'katta he would start to spend hours in his study not even coming out for food. Hours than became days and days became weeks. His father knew his time would be coming soon and he wanted to finish his final work. Angrod's father died when Angrod turned 17, when his family was searching his father's study they found the book which he had finished the day before he died. It was an auto-biography of his life. Angrod filled in the part about his death.

Angrod's mother was not the same after Angrod's father died. She would drift off and it was like she was sleeping. Angrod stayed with his mother taking care of her even though his two older brothers had already left the house. They would visit from time to time to check on their mother, but neither of them were that much help. Angrod's mother no longer worked, so He had to get a job as a bartender. While Angrod was bar tending he would hear wonderful stories of the land and it's dangers. Although it was not the dangers that impressed Angrod it was the vast unknown.

Angrod's mother died when he turned 52. After she died Angrod decided he would leave his job and the city of Elandriel. He wanted to gain more knowledge because he knew that knowledge was the most powerful tool in the world. Angrod decided to go to a library because where else to go for knowledge than a library. Angrod went to the east and found the cloud temple. He decided to try their library. He couldn't believe the amount of knowledge they had there. He went to many cities looking through their library was always the first and usually only thing he did.

When Angrod went back to Elandriel for a visit he stayed with his eldest brother, Beren. Beren was a hunter, and he asked Angrod what he would do if he was ever attacked. Angrod had never thought of being attacked before. He had no idea what he would do. Beren saw that Angrod had no idea, so he decided to teach Angrod a little about shooting a bow. Angrod was a natural. This was because he was a wood elf though as all wood elves are naturals at archery. Beren gave Angrod a bow and a few arrows to provect himself in his travels.

Angrod is the average wood elf he has green eyes, dirty blonde hair that is very dark and easily mistaken for brown, and green eyes. His ears are not that big. He also usually wears a mask to cover his nose and and mouth. He does this to protect his from breathing in the Bo'dank disease because he is deathly afraid of catching it.

What are your Character's ambitions?: To gain as much knowledge as he can.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): Bow

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? He is incredibly perceptive.

Each and every question must be answered with a minimum of a single full paragraph and entirely in RP.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

*Angrod notches an arrow "Don't move or I will shoot you." The warriors turn towards Angrod"You seem to have forgotten there is one of you and two of us." *Angrod chuckles"Do you want to take the chance that the one I shoot is you, and you should keep in mind when I shoot, I shoot to kill." The warriors think it over for a second and decide to attack anyways. *Angrod shoots one in the throat and kicks the other in the gut, but not before he got a chance to get a small cut into Angrod's chest. *Angrod notches another arrow and steps on the warrior's throat "Leave now or die." The warrior leaves.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

"Hail and what might your name be?" "Oi am Ruret." "Well Ruret what are your wares?" "Oi sell just about anything." "Do you have any books?" "Yes, Oi have this one right 'ere. It is about the Mori'Quessir." "How much for it?" "Well it is kind of beat up and I like you, so it will be 100 minas." "I'll take it thank you Ruret." *Angrod leaves with both parties satisfied.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

*Angrod looks into the chest. "The only thing that might have any value is this golden sword." A human walks in "What are you doing in my chest?" "Oh I apologize I did not realize anyone lived here." "Ya well I live here so leave." "I really am sorry I will be on my way, but you should probably clean your house up a little bit it looks abandoned." *Angrod leaves before the human can say anything in response.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

"Hail, I am a weary traveler my name is Angrod I am quite hungry, and I was wondering if you had any spare food I could have." "Yes you may have some of our food we just harvested our wheat this morning." *Angrod takes some bread from the traders. "Thank you and if it is not to much of a bother could you tell me directions to the closest town?" "Yes the closest town is south it is the Elder Tree City of Normandor." "Thank you once again." *Angrod leaves going south.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

"I will help, I will be an archer in the back if that is ok." "That would be fine we could use all the help we can get." *Angrod prepares himself notching one arrow and putting four into the ground in front of him. The town guard attacks the bandits while Angrod fires a few arrows. The guards kill a few and the rest run off. There are a few injuries to the town guard, but there is nothing serious. *Angrod takes his pay and leaves the town.

Anything else you would like to say?: I am really anxious about this application.

Your definitions are short 'n sweet. They are straight to the point. They may be short, but you show that you clearly understand how to RP. Good job on that front.

Your biography is not only well-written, but it is also over two paragraphs of length. Also, you have managed to implement information on your characters personality, traits, appearance, etc.

Also, you have added some server lore into it. Good job.

For your first ORQ, I would like for you to give more reasoning as to why you did that exactly. However, this is not going to stop me from accepting you. Just keep that in mind in the future. The rest of your ORQs are very well written.

Overall, a great applicaiton.
