"Hello, My name is Casious Victrix, the proud owner of the Fire&Steel Smithy in Solace, I have grown tired of city life and wish to work from my country home near the cloud temple. As such I am looking to sell my smithy, I am a reasonable man and I'm simply looking to get some minas to work on my home.

I'll be honest with you, when I purchased it I paid ten thousand minas, a bit steep, but with it's location in solace, and closely located horses to arethor and other cities it can make quite the profit. Even in the town it's self I made a good bit on repairs. I'm looking to make at least eleven or twelve on it, I made it nicer added some features, spiffied up the entrance way, and inlaid the floor with lapis and I feel I should get a bit of a return.

The smithy has plenty of room, it's main hall is grand and well done, the forge is through the hall and out into the yard, There you have the forge, a smelting nook (lava) two cooling pots (cauldrons) an Anvil provided by myself and a good work station, inside the main hall there is, as I called it the cage. It's a gated area perfect for keeping your wares on display, if anyone thinks to steal simply lock the cage, or if you don't want business, lock the cage.

The front desk has it's own gate as well, for protection, and is linked to a hatch that leads down into the storage room. The storage room is spacious, and leads to a humble room, complete with a bed and a chest. From there you have access to the chimes connected to the front door, you can change them to anything you'd like or add more! All the rooms both upstairs and down have redstone lighting, you can toggle it on and off with a flick of a switch.

I will start the offer at ten thousand and five hundred, we'll have a semi auction for it, if anyone else is interested simply offer more than the ten and five, I'll give other bidders a decent while to make their higher bids. I will also accept offers of minas + trade goods, I could easily make do with some iron and some minas for example."

*notices the flier and reads it eagerly, having passed by the smithy many times before. As he continues reading he scowls, muttering to himself,"If only I was rich, then maybe I could afford this thing..." sighs as he turns around,"Guess I'll have to settle with the one in Ildon..." walks off, running fantasies in his mind about what he would do if he had 14,000 Mina.

"I will consider trades + Minas, but it must be negotiated, I'd only be interested in trading for specific items, like Smithing materials (Diamonds, Iron ect ect) as I can practically convert it into minas with my skill as a smith. "

"I need more than that, I cannot go below five thousand, at five I'm already losing half the minas I used to pay for the damned thing"

I'll purchase the smithy fer' 5000 Mina and 2 diamonds. Much more than that is simply far too expensive for myself. Would ye' be willin' to take my offer the way it stands at the present?

*stops by and spots the note, takes a look at it reading it slowly and thinking about the deal, he quickly scribbles a response to the bottom*

(( sure thing, I just have to get a hold of the mayor since I'm not the property owner RedBaron and someone else was, but he said if I got a hold of him he could transfer the land for me. (I'm simply a member so that I couldn't do random bad stuff I assume ) ))
