In my teen years my mother died from an infection on one of our travels, and thinking about that now, that might be why I always carry a large amount of supplies in my newest travels. My father and I never really recovered from her death and he eventually gave up on the traveling life and settled down in one of the small hamlets we pass through regularly. I was of age now and continued on with the caravan until I have saved up enough money for my own horses and a cart to hold my wares in and set off to be my own trader. For years now I have collected, scavenged from ruins(It's not stealing if they have been dead for hundreds of years),and bargained for my merchandise. One day though a found a priceless artifact in an old tomb, and after retrieving it I had plans to trade it for a small fortune, but as life will be it gives you a reality check, when you think your invincible. On my way to my contact for the artifact I traveled threw the near by mountains for a short cut and you know what could go wrong, well on the path that lead down the mountain there was a rock slide, knocking my horses, cart, and my self into the river at the bottom of the chasm. I was badly injured and washed up on the shores of a river bank down stream were a local druid found me and took me to his hut near by and let me heal, but even with his medical treatment I still sport the scars from that day. Once leaving the druid's house I went back to see what is left of my caravan only to find the remains of my horses pick clean by predators and monsters in this forest and only the scraps of wood from cart. This has left me with out any money or worldly possessions other then the cloth on my back. So now I must start anew from scratch to retrieve all I had lost. What are your characters ambitions?:I am motivated by money but I am not corrupt and have never done anything dishonorable in what I have achieved. Please provide an in-game screenshot of your skin here: Is there anything else you would like to say about your character:Nope Open-Response-Questions Each question here must be answered with a minimum of one full paragraph, and detail the scene you are given in the way it would happen in roleplay. These questions should be answered in first person. Be detailed, not short. Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response?I would browse his wares and I would see that he had a finely made bow that had magic property of igniting it foes and ask the dwarf, "May I ask were you acquired such a finely made bow?". He explains that he found it at the entrance to an old cave to the south of city. I pay for the bow, a set of arrow, and also give him a generous amount of Minas for the location of said cave. Once my business is done I set off in search of the cave with a glint in my eye hoping to make my next couple coin inside. You’re in the Cloud Sanctuary late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. The only present monk is fast asleep, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do?I would try to awaken the Monk being quiet enough not to draw the attention of the arguing party and if that is to fail then I would go along to my destination because I am not going to play hero in a situation that I don't know who's in the wrong in. On my way to my destination if I found another monk I would say to them "Let me draw your attention to a very angry orc and a dwarf down near the old tavern down that road there." Then be on my way. Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenceless man. What does your character do?:I would help the old man up and ask him "Are you alright there Sir, you don't seem fit enough to travel on your own." I support him until we reach the side of the road were i set him down and go to the task of collecting his fallen belongings, I first pick up the poor mans Minas and make him a makeshift money pouch out of some cloth scraps and twine. I pick up his make his broken walking stick to see its length and walk over to a near oak tree breaking one of the lower hanging branches about the size of the walking stick. I then go over to the Old man and we converse for a few minutes. He thanks me and tells me his name is "Zilean" and that he is heading for a small hamlet near Arethor so he may see his granddaughter. I tell him, "That is not far from my destination of a cave just south of that area, would you like some company on your way there Zilean?" He accepts and I accompany him to his granddaughters house, were I depart and bid him fair well and say to him, "Farewell Old Zilean I will stop by once my business is concluded and if you are still here I would gladly accompany you back home."
