Vacant Burrows

*Rupert steps off the Vale boat from Cloud Temple and kisses the ground. He crosses the bridge only to see a vacant burrow. He thinks nothing of it and heads to the Drunken Sheep Inn and grabs a mug of ale, and continues down his path. He walks along the roads, seeing more and more vacant burrows. He doesn't know what to think now.*

(( I've been gone for 2 weeks, and on my return I saw at least 3 vacant burrows, am I allowed to put my name on one and claim it? I have perms to the Vale, and have been in the long line waiting for a burrow, and I don't want to just claim a burrow without being told I can. ))
