A tall buckskin mare trots into the temple, a stern-faced dark elf woman upon it's back. She pulls at the reins, sitting up straight in her side-saddle as she unfurls a scroll of parchment paper. Her hand lifts, fingers setting against pale lips for a short moment as she clears her throat, then calls out.

"Greetings my fellows! I have come here this afternoon to offer a proposition to those who wish to take it!

The count Indorill of House Basileus is in need of bannermen for the protection of his growing county!
