Theoden 1 Share Posted December 16, 2012 Banned for stealing w/o a VA 100% of the items, fleeing from RP and griefing Right before i was banned this guy named phoenixpro came up to me and was like drop all your stuff and he was in like ful diamond armor minus helm and a diamond axe. So obviously I had worked for 7 hours real-time to get all my crappy items so I decided sometimes in the most dire situation retreat is the best tactic (i.e. my character is a strategist and tactician). So I run for about 30sec in a desert full of zombie pigmen and ghasts and he follows me for about 30sec then hits me in the back with an axe and i stand their for a sec and then die and go back to spawn so then immediately after i was going to message him saying like how did you keep my pace but he had already logged off then this one guy messaged me named like grand knight uthor and asked me why someone was stealing even know i was at spawn with nothing and couldnt grief anything and hadnt griefed anything beforehand since i was chased and before that i was hiding in a hole from monsters and before that walking away from an elf village. Anyway i tried to ask this uthor guy what he was talking about so i tried and obviously i didnt know his name so how could i possibly message him i only know his in-game name which didnt help. Then about a minute later i was banned for stealing griefing and not roleplaying even know i didnt even have anything in my inventory not even a soulstone or piece of dirt and i just started on the server yesterday and now i was banned for someone chasing me threw the desert and killing me. ΚΨΙΞ 710 Share Posted December 16, 2012 1 - In full iron minus the helmet* 2 - I sprint jumped, that means I went about half a block faster than you. 3 - You where griefing the Orcish boat earlier. 4 - I had modreq'd Braxis to see where the Syndicate chest went. I saw you and thought you where some poacher and you ran so I hunted you down so we could RP out the scenario. You didn't emote running you just fled. The ghasts killed you not me, so don't point the finger. After you died I looked at your items and what did you have? 2 chests and all the Syndicate's items. A bit suspicious that I just modreq'd Braxis wondering how I lost a double chest, and the items are nowhere to be seen. Its obvious that you stole all of it and fled. Its obvious that you stole all of it and fled. what i dont even know who syndicate is and i havnt even been on the orc boat and how do you know i wasnt my other character if i did take something from someone which i didnt do for bout 3 hours now and by the way when it said how i died it said slain by phoenixpro's axe Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

And I was watching the Rp most of the time and I ended up seeing you running away from Pheonixpro1 when he tried to confront you rply. But as he stated before you said nothing you just ran w/o a Word. And he chased you sprinting and was about to kill you before the ghast got you first. And it does not matter if you are new you still broke the rules which it appears you never did read. Cause then you would see that you are not to break chest to steal 100% of the items. And not to Greif etc. I followed you for a bit and you were caught trying to greif the Orcishp ship and you tried to Grief the Syndicate base until you were chased away. It is clear you have not read any of the server rules I will say you are to fully ready them and use the proper appeal for appealing again. Appeal Closed and to be moved soon. Your Power-emoting definition is remarkably close to the WoW Wiki Definitions, as you only changed very little words on it. This could be classified as Plagiarizing, something the reviewer did not catch. You could have been Banned from Applying. Not to mention your biography had no implementation of the lore and your ORQ's were mediocre.
