How did you hear about the Lord of the Craft?: I don't remember to be honest. I learned of Lord of The Craft a long time ago. My best guess would be youtube.

In your own words, define what the act of roleplaying is: Roleplaying is when you take on the role of a character that you made up, and play as that character with other players's characters.

In your own words, define what the act of meta-gaming is: Meta-gaming is when you use knowledge that you obtained out of character, in-character.

In your own words, define what the act of power-emoting is: Power-emoting, or power-gaming, is when you force your emote or action on to another player, without giving them a chance to react. A good example would be, *Eliric Ironheart throws his axe at Johnny Depp and cuts off his legs. Making Johnny Depp unable to walk!* A good way to avoid this is by throwing "trys", or "attempts" in there. *Elirc Ironheart attempts to throw his axe at Johnny Depp.*

In-Character Details

Character Name: Elric Ironheart

Character Race: Dwarf

Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary: Elirc Ironheart is a Dwarf, 25 years of age. Elric is average height at 5 feet 2 inches, and has an adequate muscle structure. His hair is dirty blonde, and medium in length. His rough skin is hidden under an abundance of facial hair. Elirc has silver-grey eyes with the depth of an ocean. Elirc's personality is an odd one. Contradicting his intimidating exterior, Elric can be quite nice once you get to know him. Elric is always trying to accomplish something. Whether it be making a small village, or learning a new language, it's best you don't get in his way.

Like the majority of dwarves, Elirc grew up in the great halls of Mount Ire. He had a very small family consisting of his father, Tak Ironheart, and his brother, Shalott Ironheart. The rest of Elirc's family was off far from Mount Ire, in a small village he knew nothing about. Elric grew up far from wealthy. His father's ego kept him from maintaining a job. Elric has been in the same living situation for 25 years now, and he's fed up with it. For weeks Elric layed in bed and hoped for something better. One day it finally hit him that a good life is not going to be given to him. He'll have to earn it. Elric explained his situation to his brother Shatoll. Elric decided to leave Mount Ire, and start over in the wilderness. After gathering some basic supplies, Elric started off into the wild, not knowing what was to come.

What are your characters ambitions?: Elric hopes to settle down somewhere far outside of his former home in Mount Ire. He wants to completely turn his life around, and make tons of friends while doing so.

Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response?

While walking through the Human City of Arethor, I notice a fellow dwarf advertising his wares. It is mighty chilly in Arethor, I think. Might as well see if he has anything I could use.

"Welcome! See anything you like?" says the shopkeeper.

"As a matter of fact I do! How much is that leather chestplate?" I ask.

"This one right here? It's 7 minas!"

"Let me get one of those, please."

I pay the shopkeeper the 7 minas and he hands me the chestplate.

"So what brings you all the way to Arethor?" I ask the shopkeeper.

"I came to start over, and make a living in this city." he replies.

"Really? That's fantastic! I'm leaving my former home to start fresh as well."

"Good luck to you!" he says.

"Thanks!" I say as I leave the shop.

You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do?

While wandering the barely lit Oren Rode, I see an Orc yelling at a dwarf.

"What's going on?" I think.

The orc grabs the helpless dwarf by his beard and clinches his fist.

"Help! Help! Please!" pleads the dwarf.

"I have to do something."

"Stop! Pick on someone your own size!" I yell.

The orc quickly turns and stares at me, grinding his sharp teeth.

Just as I am about to attack the orc, I realize I am horribly unprepared for a fight.

As I'm running away, I hear the dwarf cursing at me.

Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenceless man. What does your character do?:

Wondering down the road to Malinor, I spot an elderly man with a bag of coins hanging halfway out of his pocket.

I really need some minas right now. I think.

Maybe I should ask him for some.

I begin to ask him.

"Excuse me sir, do you by any chance..."

The man's walking stick breaks and he falls to the floor.

"Oh my god!" I say as I quickly help him up.

"Thank you so much. These legs just aren't what they used to be." he says.

"It was no problem!" I reply.

"Do you mind handing me those coins that fell out of my bag?"

"I hand him the bag, along with all of the coins inside."

"What were you going to ask me before my walking stick broke?" he asked.

"I...I was just wondering if I could have some minas? I desperately need some."

"Why of course!" he says handing me a handful of coins from his bag.

"Thank you so much." I say.

"No, thank you!"

I really hope I get accepted. If there is something wrong with my application, please let me know so I can attempt to fix it. :)
