In your own words, define what the act of roleplaying is: Roleplaying is acting as somebody that your not. Playing as someone in another life other than your own and acting as your character would. 

In your own words, define what the act of meta-gaming is:

Meta-Gaming is using outside knowledge to your advantage. For example, Your friend gets attacked and tells you over a communication outside of the server and you go and help him. Your character would have no idea what was happening and would be considered Meta-Gaming. 

In your own words, define what the act of power-emoting is:

Power Emoting is giving yourself ultimate power over someone in a fight. For example, *Throws knife directly into so in so's neck. Killing instantly. You killing someone without giving them a chance to reply or emote back is Power emoting.

Character Name: Gregori  Mercier

 

Character Race: Human

Character biography - Gregori Grew up in a small town in the hills of a once popular place now passed by unnoticed. His father was a drunk and beat him as a young child. He was never home and when he was he made nothing but misery. His mother was a stay at home workaholic. She cooked she cleaned mourning until night.only stopping to get smacked by her husband. Gregori hated his father and wished to never see him again.At the age of 11 his father cheated on his mother. Gregori went into a blind rage swearing to destroy his father in any way he could. From that day fourth he Trained. Battle axes are his weapon of choice. His only motivation is to take revenge on his father and restore his mothers honor. Years later Gregori heard his father had left to the Holy Oren Empire. He kissed his mother goodbye and took the next ship out to sea. Now, on his own code. His own quest, he will follow and do anything it takes to find his lost father and finish what he had started.  

 

 

What are your characters ambitions?: Gregori wants to take his already found skill and put it to better use. He wants to be a part of something bigger than just himself. After staying in Oren he has built up a love for the land and the people. He wants to preserve his new found love and continue his journey to repay the debt his father owes him.

Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response?

 

I walk up to the stall seeing a plant set on the ledge. "Sir, that is a lovely pant. What is it?" I ask. He responds "Oh! That old thing? Its just a rose I picked this mourning!" he exclaims. I run my finger along the pedal admiring it. "How much can a fellow give ya for such a beautiful flower?" I ask. The man looks exited to see someone willing to buy something from him. "How about 10 minas?" I nod once quickly. Smiling to the man we make the transaction and I continue along my path.

 

You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do?

 

I yell "Hay you! Come over ere' and fight a real man!" The large orc shifts his gaze over to me. "Whats that peachskin?" he rasps. His face ugly and dry I find myself looking away. "Get off the little one or I'll deal with you myself!" I say confidently. The orc reaches to his back pulling out a long sword the length of a bed. I look along it as it shines in the moonlight. "Er...Guards?" I plea for someone to come to my rescue. Just as the orc swings the blade an arrow enters his neck from the side. He falls, me looking around to see the killer. An elf in shrouds runs along the rooftop dissolving into the night sky.

 

 

Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenceless man. What does your character do?:

 

I see the man fall, running over to him I extend my hand In attempt to pull him to his feet. "You alright there old man?" I ask The man looks up to me smiling and nodding his head. "Aye lad, thank you." I look down seeing the minas sprawled out on the road. The man sees me eyeing the coin and offers me some. "Do you need some minas for your trouble good sir?" he asks, His voice cracking as he speaks. I shake my head quickly. "No sir, I will not take anything undeserved." The man smirks to me before passing by continuing on his route.
