Polgrath 215 Share Posted January 22, 2013 Polgrath approaches the bulletin board of Kastoria, stepping cautiously over some rubble still left over from the sacking of the former town of Ereyvor by Oren's forces. Taking a glowing blue quill from his robe he pens a bit of writing upon a piece of parchment. Nailing it slowly to the board he walks slowly off, humming a song from his long gone youth, the smell of barely settled ash in his dark elven nose. Citizens of Kastoria and all friends of the Delvers, Know that hencefourth the Arcane Delvers shall mantain a sizeable guild hall within your hold in addition to our Malinor locartion. Your new jarl is a just and wise man and we hath spoken indeed. We shall provide any services needed for a fee and will lend our sorcery and steel to the defense of Kastoria should it come to that. Any and all of my Delver colleges and men shall look upon ye in friendship from now on and shall know to seek their dwelling within these lands.
