As you approach the elven notice board, you see a new notice. It reads, 

"Attention all Mali and other citizens of Malinor! There has been a destructive event in the Shady Pines apartment complex. From what we have gathered, item frames may or may not have been involved. If you lost your home and belongings to the ensuing fire, please contact me, Ebs Telrunya, or one of the other council members.

((In other words, an item frame destroyed the apartment complex, so, please avoid item frames from now on, similar holes have appeared in Oren and the War Uzg. We will try to rebuild the apartments, but it may not be possible if the chunk recorrupts, so we will try our best to relocate you to new housing yet to be built. Thanks again, VonEbs.))
