Assassins/murder Evil?

Okay so I am wondering If you get the murder evil which is I believe 2a what exactly does that entitle you to do?

What does it mean Provocked murder and Assassinations? Does that mean you can PVP kill someone if provoked? Does that mean you can PVP kill someone through assassination contract?

 

I dont get it?

You may not use Minecraft PvP combat mechanics against another player without their direct consent. All combat is role-play by default unless both parties agree to use PvP. The one exception to this rule is the badlands in the islands of Kalos in our current temporary map, where PvP is the default style of combat. However, role-play is still required to initiate combat - you cannot run around killing mindlessly.

With a villain application for 2a, you are permitted to commit unprovoked murders as long as they abide by the reasonings and conditions in your accepted villain application. Remember, the overall goal of villain applications is to generate further role-play for other players, not to empower yourself.

So If I got an Evil im not aloud to just muder them via PVP out of the badlands when provoked or assassinate them with PVP?

Pbviously so that means If your an Assasin you cant just run in kill the guy with PVP and run off

Well Imagine if someone didn't like you and just ran up to you while you were trying to have ROllplay and PVP'd you and expected you to suddenly emote being dead; then continued to do it. You wouldn't like it after a while; and it wouldn't  show your character's ability to fight cause someone ran up behind you and started to spam left click you in the middle of you typing :)
