Any previous warrants for the arrest of Cethric Amedaius the Third are hereby affirmed as being nullified ( being not approved by the Lord High Sheriff of the Holy Empire of Oren ). The law of the Empire of Oren recognizes the innocence of the aforementioned, when applying only to the past before this document was published on this day. Cethric Amedaius the Third is a recognized vassal of King Omithiel Strongbrow, and therefore recognized as an ally to the Holy Empire of Oren by the First Unitarian Treaty of Aturial.
