An Explanation Is All I Require

Hello Friends,

Oh well, today I am here to ask for an explanation, from a Staff member, I think some of us at least deserve this.

When Danny announced the event time and day for Anthos, he wrote:

Minas will either go fully, or have a cap on them - we’re not sure yet!

Well, when I read this I thought that I would take advantage of Elysium and Kalos, and make some money from mining, building etc. Which I did, I made 8,5 thousand minas (I got to 3rd place in all of LotC), worth of  hours of mining (Which I do not enjoy) and of building a manor.

Now, when I get to Anthos, all of my money is gone and I don’t even have 10 minas (Died once), please, the only thing I ask is an explanation for this. Note that if you’re not Staff, or you are here to post flaming comments, don’t do so, all I ask is an explanation.

We were told, in the event to throw all of our items overboard. I think this would have included your minerals and money.

The initial idea was a cap at 1,000 minas - unfortunately, when we actually moved all the server files over it did indeed wipe all balances down to default values. In roleplay, all minas were thrown overboard with the rest of the things. Pretty much, like I said - it wasn't actually decided whether it'd be a wipe or a cap, and in the end it turned to a wipe.
