Full Name: Gradgore the "Iron Miner"

I have one brother and a father but they both died in a mining accident as the cave was coming down my brother pushed me out and ran back into save our father. But as I was getting ready to run back in the entrance collapsed and I couldn't get back in. Then I tried for hours to find them by mining my way back in but there was to much ruble. I gave up and clamed the cave as a final resting place for my Father and Brother my mother died from bandits she was out of the town when bandits made a raid on a small village and as she was trying to escape she got hit with a couple of arrows. In the back and did not move I make my living now by serving my people and mining what ore I can find. He also joined the grand axe to redeem his families name for honor and to also let his dead family know he did not let them down. He spends the rest of his time looking for hidden caverns because his dad was always in to mining he also looks for the bandits who have killed his mother. He is also a skilled warrior with and axe and sword. He believes in honor in a fight. He is always ready for a fight and an adventure as long as there is ale evolved. He is not involved with anyone he keeps to him self unless he is needed for war or missions he dislikes humans an orcs. His father always wanted him to go into the war and be better than what he is now. He always tries to improve himself like his brother but be a nice as him mother he does this to keep there memories alive. His ambitions are to prove to his family that he can bring them honor even when they have passed.    
Ambitions for the Future: wants to help build a grand hall for his people to where they will remember him as the great builder of all time
Personality: grumpy doesn't like much people and loves his ale

1. Whilst mining deep in the undergrounds of Kalos you see a large deposit of diamond ore at the other side of the ravine you are on. There is a very thin rock bridge that looks precariously unstable, but it is the only way to access the deposit. What do you do?

Answer: Gradgore would grab his two pick axes and some of his longer rope then Gradgore would walk on the bridge. Then he would find a stone pillar that would hold his weigh then he would tie the rope around the pillar that he found and then he would tie the other end around his waste. Then he would start walking across the bridge way. When the bridge starts to fall he would run as far and as fast as he could. Then he would get to the other side of the bridge and jump out on the ledge to the other side and stab his pick axes into the wall and work his way up to the top. Once he gets to the top he would open the chest and look for another way to get back across the bridge. Then he would mine his way out of the cave dragging the chest with him the whole way.     

2. You are sitting in the local tavern with a large pint of ale in your hand - sitting nearby you is a rather young dwarf whom is clearly going through a bad time. He is crying to himself, and clutching a small wooden hammer toy. In the other corner of the room two shady dwarves are sitting whispering to each other and pointing occasionally at the dwarf. They stand up, one with a small dagger in his hand and begin to approach the young dwarf. What do you do?

Answer: Gradgore would walk up with his axe and stand in front of the young dwarf and look at the two dwarfs smiling he would tell them that they don't want the kid. If they come closer he take a step closer and show them his blade then he would whisper to the young dwarf to hide be hide the table and then he would draw his axe and take anther step closer to the two dwarfs that were come closer to the younger dwarf. Gradgore would block the fist attack and hit him in the gut, as the other one comes to swing down on him he spins around to hit the dwarf in the back. Standing over his enemies he would laugh aloud and say "even me drunk you couldn't even put up a decent fight". Then he would pay the bar tender for the mess and go and help the young dwarf out. As he does that the kid reminds him of himself when he was so young and he stops for a minute and remembers how his brother always made fun of him being so weak and how he couldn't fight back. He goes to the kid ask his name and helps him get back home safely. After he helps the kid he looks to the brightest star and notices that its the star his brother used to point out to him and tell stories about. He smiles knowing his brother father and mother our looking down on him and continues on his way.

3. Whilst wandering through the Dwarven Caverns you hear a voice call out to you; “Oi, ye’! C’mere n’ get ye’rself an ale!”. You spin on your heel and see a heavily bearded bar-owner looking at you - a huge grin on his face, and a mug of ale in his hand. How do you react?

Answer: Gradgore would take caution as he walks over to the bar owner and pay for the mug of Ale. But as he does so he  would have his dagger at his side incase anything happens and then he would look down at the ale before he takes a drink of it and see what has been put into the mug to see if the owner had tampered with the Ale or not. Then he would have a couple of drinks before he continued his journey after tell dwarven stories about how great his family was. After being almost drunk Gradgore walks from the bar owner pays him and stumbles off sing old folk songs laughing to himself remembering how his father used to sing them to him and his brother.
