Role-playing: Role-playing is about imerging your self in a character/world that you can mould to your own liking.

Meta-gaming: Meta-gaming is the use of ooc information in character. E.g "Hey bob, did you hear about Tathars plans to destroy Oren?" "Nope I wasn't online when he announced it" "Well, here are the plans so be ready to intercept him................"

Power-emoting: Power-emoting is taking on the role of a godly figure making it so that your undefeatable. E.G Yemekar throws his hammer at a bunch of raiders and kills all of them instantly giving them no chance of survival.

Full Name: Kog Earthender

Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): Kog was born into a family of 4 (Including himself). They lived in the outskirts of Leumalin, a place called Darkhaven and before this, Kastoria. Growing up in Darkhaven, Kog had a very simple and quite easy life, fishing and farming were Kog's favourite past-times along with sparing with his father and Grandfather. Kog would catch up to 15 fish every day, enough to feed his family with excess. The excess was sold in Leumalin. Kog got to keep 7 minas out of the 30 raised. Everyday at dawn, Kog and his grandfather would rise, have some breakfast, wash, get dressed and go out hunting, Looking for any small animals to hunt. Kog was quite a happy child and this didn't change for a while. Living in Darkhaven was a great place to live. One had access to a clinic, farm, everything really. The currency changed in Leumalin so selling products there was pointless. Kog's grandfather fell ill. Everything began to change, including his routine. He no longer got up at dawn, sparred, fished or farmed. Instead all of time went about comforting his grandfather which he had no problem with. Kog values family tradition and Valor more than anything else. He would die for his family and his honour.

 

Kog's grandfather died within 5 months of Kog's 110th birthday. Kog was devastated. He turned to Ale and other foul sorts of pain relief including swearing at his family. All of Kog's morales had gone out the window..... And to make matters worse, Patron Azel had to kick Kog's family out as they failed to pay rent on several occasions. A new face showed up, a Mali'aheral called Tathar. He moved into the house and as we were leaving, gave me an Iron Katana/leaflet Hybrid sword with an emerald looking ore in the middle of the hilt. We buried my grandfather in Darkhaven, never to return.

 

We set off to the wilds in search of beautiful, unspoiled lands to build up a home on. Within a week of moving to the wilds, we had set up a nice, spacious homestead. We had plenty of food/livestock to last forever. Things were finally looking up when A raging dragon whizzed over the homestead and set it alight. Everything went up in flames. Everything!. The animals were burnt to a crisp along with absolutely everything. I was out mining when the event happened and when I came up from the mineshaft, I saw smoke to the north, I ran for my life to the fire. My fathers body was out on the pavement part of him burned, dead. My mother however, was not visible. I hope she survived. Everyday I look for her, living off the land I try my best. Will I ever find her? who knows.

This is where I start my adventure.

 

 

Ambitions for the Future: Teh Have me own kin and teh mabey one day start me own clan.

Personality: Kog is a friendly enough Dwarf if you get to know him.Kog loves a good sing-song and of course, a good snack n ale after a hard days work of patrolling/mining.

Skills: Kog was trained by his father, the way of the Axe but is quite efficient with a sword. Kog's father Den Eartender taught his son how to use an axe for combat and lumberjacking, He also taught him how to fish whilst his grandfather Ayle Earthender taught him how to mine and use a sword. His mother taught him good manners and will use them to the best of his ability. Kog can brawl however prefers the comfort and reasurance of a weapon. Kog also know's a fair bit of farming.

Any other details you wish to share about your character: Kog lived quite a happy life until his grandfather died. Things then changed. for the worst.

1. Whilst mining deep in the undergrounds of Kalos you see a large deposit of diamond ore at the other side of the ravine you are on. There is a very thin rock bridge that looks precariously unstable, but it is the only way to access the deposit. What do you do?

 

Answer: Being the Dwarf that Kog is, He would approach with caution. He would then start to become crazed at the thought of rolling in minas. He would drop all of his equipment and would sprint across the bridge as fast as he could, his hair flying in the wind behind him. Upon approching the diamond he notices that he forgot his pickaxe. Feeling stupid, he walks over the bridge. Halfway through, the Earth starts to shake. The bridge becomes unstable and starts to crumble in a domino motion. Kog would then sprint for his life back to his equipment and say to him self "Ahh would ye look ah dat.. Me precious beauties Lost to the depths o' Yemekar" After this, he would return back home, his head hanging low.

 

2. You are sitting in the local tavern with a large pint of ale in your hand - sitting nearby you is a rather young dwarf whom is clearly going through a bad time. He is crying to himself, and clutching a small wooden hammer toy. In the other corner of the room two shady dwarves are sitting whispering to each other and pointing occasionally at the dwarf. They stand up, one with a small dagger in his hand and begin to approach the young dwarf. What do you do?

 

Answer: Kog would walk over to the Young dwarf, sit beside him and start talking about anything, just to converse. He would then hand him the mug of ale and stand up staring at the group. Kog would then unsheath his Axe and sword and shout over to them "Oi, What ye wan ere? Get ouh if yer goin te cause trouble righ?. I don wan te spill blood. Specially a fellow dwarf's blood now get ouh" More Dwarves would then stand up and side with Kog. The shady dwarves would then make a hasty exit. Never to be seen again.

 

3. Whilst wandering through the Dwarven Caverns you hear a voice call out to you; “Oi, ye’! C’mere n’ get ye’rself an ale!”. You spin on your heel and see a heavily bearded bar-owner looking at you - a huge grin on his face, and a mug of ale in his hand. How do you react?

 

Answer: "Ehh? wat wus daht?" Kog would say with an eyebrow raised. "Would ye like an ale? Cold an refreshin?" the bartender would smile "Nay, sorry I dun kno what yar doin down ere?. Why are yeh down ere Bartender". The bartender responds "Well, I know der be Miners down ere an I thought I'd be a kind soul n come down ere and give em an ale for free? On thee 'ouse". Kog runs over, Hugs the bartender, takes a mug of Ale and begins gulping it down like there's no tomorrow. "Thanks alot mate." The bartender would then take back the mug and head down towards the further mineshafts.
